It's hard to find affordable and good places to do bodywork whether it's personal or insurance paid. I have used MAB twice for person fixed on my F150 that were very extensive, but not too expensive. I got estimated, knew what I was up against, saved some money up and got repaired. I love how they order parts first, paint, etc before ever needing the car, then when they are ready to work were they won't have to stop, they have you bring it in and return it Shortly after. It's a professional outfit with great people working there.

I’ve had a car repaired by Mitchell Auto Body in the past and back then the work and overall experience was great. Not anymore. My vehicle was in for warrantee work this time, and after a few months the issue has returned. The real problem here in that they don’t seem to be willing to fix it. They won’t return phone calls and when I call them the person I “need to talk to” is very conveniently not available. This has been going on for months. When the original work was done they had my car for about 6 weeks! So it’s not like they were being rushed. At this point I’m convinced they didn’t do the repair in the way they were supposed to to begin with. Do yourself a favor. Avoid the Mitchell Auto Group altogether. They have gotten too big to care about individuals anymore.

It took more than 9 weeks to repair my car. The car was twoed to the shop begin January. The repair should start on January 16th, finally I got the car back on March 24th!Each time I am approaching the approximate date for the delivery, they say that new parts need to be ordered and I have to wait a couple of weeks. I had to call many times to get progress updates. Most of the time when they promise to call you back, they don't.The last time I called to ask why it takes so long, I've been told that there are some errors with the electronics that needs to be fixed in the software. I had to reply and say that I'm using the car app which shows that all the errors have been fixed. The person on the phone said he has to check with his colleagues again and call me later. The communication wasn't clear, too many excuses why it takes so long to repair the car.I don't recommend repairing a car by this shop. Definitely there is something wrong with the repair process at this shop.I give two stars rating because the car was delivered clean.

I am a 20 year customer of Mitchell VW and I will NEVER bring my vehicle to their body shop again. Rude, unprofessional, condescending, and all around just terrible. This body shop is making me want to terminate a 20 year relationship with an otherwise reputable and wonderful business.Service: Body & Trim

Side swiped from front door to rear fender. Some challenging dents in addition to paint. When Mitchell Auto Body was done, my car looked like new. We are very happy.

Came in on a Friday to get a quote. Person behind desk said an estimator wasn't available and to make an appointment. I didn't have my calendar with me, so I took the phone number. Called 2x and left a message asking for an appointment. Never heard back.

Had Mitchell auto body shop repaint my Mitchell Subaru Crosstrek recently under Subaru warranty. It took them much longer than projected to get it done but the finished paint job looks great, even better than the original factory paint.

You'd have to bring it in so we can see the damage."Me: Would you be able to give me a idea? Is it $10,000? $50? You have no idea?Lady: "Can I put you on hold?".***Passes me to her bossMe: "Hi, I'd like to get a quote for repairs for body work, can I get an idea of the costs for repairs".Adam: "As has already been explained to you, you'd need to come in and show us the vehicle."Me: "So no one has any idea what anything costs here?".Adam: "We'd need to see the vehicle".Some big IQ's floating around at this place.
