But this might be better, as the previous store seemed kinda unnecessarily big, with not that much selection. I'm guessing the rents in this plaza are pretty high as there are a few other closings and vacant stores.”

“I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”

“I was getting a gift for my father for Father's Day, when I happened to come by this store. I saw their advertisements online and needed new shirts so I decided to try them. Christina greeted my mom and I when we walked in. She helped me look through different sizes to find the perfect fit and different materials to see which one I liked best. She showed me all the colors they had in my size, and ordered the ones I wanted for me. Christina was polite, funny and relatable and, to be honest, the most helpful sales associate I've ever met. I hope that anybody else shopping at this store gets to meet her!”

“We've been in the Tommy Bahamas store in the West Farms Mall twice in the past month for purchases. The staff is very kind, courteous, and helpful. Jennifer, Pierce, and the store manager Kitzia could not be anymore of assistance helping us find the clothes we wanted to purchase and giving us honest opinions when we tried some clothes on. We both were treated like royalty and spoke like we were long term friends. Jennifer also pointed out a very good restaurant to eat at in the mall, which we have frequented twice. These people/sale associates, make the store, and we will continue to shop there whenever we go to the mall.”

“After being in the Plainville location this Friday that I have to say I found a pretty great deal on 2 Adidas track suits for my son. It was obviously crowded with it being black Friday so I got what I wanted and scooted out of there and I have to say there were pretty quick with my check out anyways I earned some Khols cash and that is why I am at the Canton location today. This is my first time being at this location since moving closer this way it is very very different from other locations I have been to. The parking was excellent there is ample parking for the store. The layout is completely different with the 2 floors I have to say I was a little confused at first as it was new to me . There was so much to shop through I think they have anything and everything you could possibly think of! There is something for everyone the children's department has many good deals as well as the men's and women's. They also have a huge variety of makeup perfumes and jewelry for pretty decent prices. They have cookware, shoes, toys, home decor i was overwhelmed with the variety this location has. Also if they don't have what you want in stock you are able to order it to be sent to the store for pickup. To be honest I do think the weeks people have Khols cash the prices are a little higher and there are less coupons that can be used but that is to be expected. I do belive Khols can be your one stop location for all of your holiday shopping needs!! The staff was very nice and helpful answering all of my questions about where I can find certain things. The staff also did a great job with trying to keep up with the aftermath that some leave after shopping through things . The store was crowded as to be expected this time of year but all in all I did get some of my shopping done and I was happy with my experience. I do recommend Khols at every location !!”

“After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied... “My husband and I stopped in while our running errands this past long weekend and we were so pleasantly surprised by our experience. Not only was the store clean and organized, but we were able to find so many great items for both my husband and our 3 year old son. I was elated to find several matching shirts for them to wear over the summer, which I look forward to seeing them in together. Prices were great and having the teacher discount on top of it was excellent. When we went up to the register, the young lady behind the counter (Lauren A) was patient as we troubleshooted which email my J.Crew account was linked to. We ended up sharing some small talk about my husband and I being educators and she was very sweet in engaging about our jobs, summer break, and which grade levels we worked with. She was so positive and genuinely happy/helpful. This wasn't exclusive just to us either. We overheard similar interactions with her and other customers in line before we approached. She was just a kind person, who seemed dedicated to her job. We will definitely return!”
