“Today Judy & I purchased our new Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze (King-Firm).A Month ago we went into your West Hartford Blue Back store and were greeted by Karin (Store Manager) & Carlos (Team Lead).We asked if we could think about this purchase for a day or so and both Karin & Carlos without a second of thought said by all means.After leaving based upon the service and great attitude of both Karin & Carlos and of course the Wonderful product Judy & I decided to go back to the store and make our purchase.But as we all know G-d works in mysteriece ways and sad to say Judy became ill.I called the store to tell both Karin & Carlos the situation and they said they understood and hopefully when Judy gets better they would love to see us come back and & hopefully things get better with Judy they will be there for us.During the last couple of weeks both Kerin & Carlos called to see how Judy was feeling.(No sales of any kind were discussed)Well thank G-d Judy is doing fine and today only because the way both Kerin & Carlos handled our situation we made our purchase.Tempur-Pedic is a wonderfiul product but Kerin & Carlos are OUTSTANDING!!!WE feel like they are part of our family,Again Thanks so much,Richard Levy (JudyAlso)”
“Jesse from west Hartford branch of ‘Relax the back’ in CT, went above and beyond the call of duty for us. The owner of the Relax the Back which sold us our chair was being very rude and unhelpful and we were desperately in need of some guidance on how to solve our issue. Jesse had nothing to gain from talking to us, but he took a ton of time out of his busy weekend at the store to patiently talk us through our questions. We would have been sweating bullets if it weren't for his help. I wish he had been the person we bought the chair from initially. In the future, we will only buy from him when it comes time to upgrade - even though he's over an hour away from us. We highly recommend Jesse and his store, he seems like someone who will stand by his customers no matter what!”
“I called ahead to check availability for a specific twin mattress and metal frame I wanted to get for my 3 year old son. I was surprised when John told me they have both in stock and I could pick up today! When I got to the store John greeted me right away, he showed me the mattress and frame in store and he actually had both items loaded up on a cart ready to go for me. It was such a quick and easy experience especially having my two young kids with me. Also they had a great sale going on and I got the mattress for an amazing price. I am very happy!

You don't shop for mattresses that often but Trip led us around the store until we found the perfect mattress. I just enjoyed the fact that we were given the space and the information we needed to choose the perfect mattress.”

“My wife and I went to Raymour & Flanigan in Avon (CT) to "test-drive" an Avocado mattress, as the chain is the only local place to afford that opportunity. First of all, the showroom was beautiful. Our salesman, Bob, was informative and engaging. And, we were respectfully given space to discuss our options and make a decision. We ultimately decided to purchase the pillow-top model, which was delivered within 24 hours of the purchase. Our first night on the new mattress was good overall. The fact that we have four months to adequately evaluate the purchase is even better. So far, so good. Thank you!”

“I went in earlier this week to buy a new mattress and set up. I've had my mattress far too long and it was time to upgrade. I didn't realize just what an upgrade a casper mattress is. I went to other stores but nothing felt like what I needed. I went into casper and tried the snow max on anti gravity setting and I was sold. It felt like heaven for my tired joints. Shurei was awesome and walked me through the whole process with patience and kindness. Clearly she values customer service and satisfaction. Looking forward to the best sleep of my life!”
