“I walked into this store on a whim today and was instantly greeted by Margie who told me where to find different pieces. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable I didn’t think I was going to actually walk out with anything, but it’s my birthday month so I wanted to treat myself. I told her exactly what I was browsing for and then I stumbled across rings in the estate jewelry section. She saw what I was looking at and picked out something even better! She actually ended up finding me two rings that looked so good stacked together and ended up fitting my finger perfectly, so I walked out with not one, but two rings. “I had a great time shopping at Kim’s Gift Shop. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. I bought hair extensions and perfume and both products were great quality. The store itself was also very clean and organized and the rest of the staff were also very nice and I felt like I was really valued as a customer. “Mom had a ring that had been run over by a car in her jewelry box for years. I heard about Johnson's from a friend who has lived in Cary many years, so decided to take the ring in and see if they could fix it. The lady that helped us when we left the ring made no promises, but said they would try. She was so kind! Today we picked up the ring....and it was even better than new!! Not only did they fix it, they cleaned it up and it was shining like new. She is so pleased and the people there are so helpful. I will come here for any repairs and even a watch battery from now on. A small but wonderful store with wonderful customer service!”
