The owner is super nice and accommodating however the front desk lady Agatha is another story. Had to re-explain the situation multiple times because she was so slow. What a waste of time.

Ordering in-store was easy. Delivery of our dryer was efficient and the delivery guys were very pleasant. Best delivery service we have had with an appliance anywhere!

Holloway's delivered a damaged Frigidaire range and refused to replace it. Their delivery staff scratched a sheet metal panel with no electronics or moving parts on the top of the range. Despite four months of waiting and six service calls, including multiple no-shows and a technician who seemed impaired, they still haven't resolved the issue.
I strongly advise against using Holloway's for appliance purchases or repairs.

Holloways has been my go-to place for appliance purchases for 50+ years. Their level of service is beyond excellent! They are very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are very competitive. To say that they go the extra mile in service to their customers is an understatement! You won't go wrong with Holloways!

Holloways is the BEST appliance store I have ever been to. Everyone who works there was very pleasant. Our salesman, Paul, was very personable and knew everything about the gas double oven range I was interested in. He answered all of our questions. We decided to buy a GE Cafe gas range with a double oven. It was very expensive, yet Paul gave us a very nice discount. When we need to replace our next appliance, we will be going to Holloways.

Only buy appliances here if you are ok with high-end appliances not working from day one and you are fine with having brand new appliances needing repair services. This company will not replace appliances that don't work, instead they send repairmen to attempt to fix. You are better off buying from anywhere else, don't think you are getting better service from this smaller retailer.

Great experience! Dave went above & beyond to honor the sale price on a unit even after the sale expired. Really helped me out and that never would happen at a big box store where employees and managers just work there. Appreciate the service!

We bought a new stovetop which was fantastic. However getting it installed was way more difficult than it needed to be. My wife called then multiple times for the install and each time we she was told “it looks like no one reached out to the installer, we will do that and they will reach out to you.” Three months of this run around and finally I called and asked for the installers contact directly. The installer said they had never been contacted. Wouldn’t mind using them again, but would get the installer contact right away.

First time customer.... but won't hesitate to shop here again. Came on our designer's recommendation and soooooo glad we did!!! Fantastic selection of appliances for all price ranges. Very knowledgeable staff. Bob Holloway helped guide us and identified some significant rebates. Great pricing and loved that we could support a family owned business!

Great experience working with Holloways. Professional, great product knowledge and options, easy sales process and efficient installation connection. We purchased our washer and dryer through Holloways when we first purchased our house and returned this year for dishwasher - grateful to have had two easy & smooth experiences; especially with such important home appliances. We recently worked with Winsome - knowledgeable, kind, helpful and easy to work with.
