My first visit to Hear Again was exceptional! The receptionist greeted me promptly, explained the forms that I needed to complete & asked for my insurance & ID cards. Within a minute or two after giving her the completed forms, the audiologist came out to greet me & escort me to the assessment area. The facility was spotless, well organized.The audiologist was professional. She reviewed the initial paperwork with me then completed a series of pre-assessment questions about various situations where I or someone with me noticed I might not have heard or understood something said.I then entered a soundproof booth I listened to various sounds & pitches and acknowledged them by naming the sound I heard.Highly recommend this business for their professionalism, knowledge and the calm & clean environment.

We were very pleased with how Erin treated Joan today. She is very professional, personable, and answered all her questions explaining all the options thoroughly. We were recommended to her by friends, and would recommend her to anybody who needed an evaluation for hearing aids.

The whole experience was great. The docs explained everything they were doing throughout the entire process. They were very thorough and even sent me to an ENT before discussing hearing aids to make sure my issues hearing weren’t due to something else. They are truly interested in helping their clients as opposed to focusing on selling products. I would definitely recommend The Hear Again Center!

I arrived a few minutes early to do paperwork. The front staff geeted me professionally, with a smile. I was called into the office on time,again greeted professionally. I was given the information, measurement were taken. All in all a pleasant experience.
