I just started coming here earlier this year. They are accommodating as it is a large salon. They stylists are so helpful and friendly.

Love the ambience, cleanliness and staff. I feel so pampered every time I visit. My favorite stylist is Vanessa, she always takes such good care of my long hair and makes me feel amazing with any look I want to try. Britney and Leah are also wonderful ?
I highly recommend the scalp massage and hair mask as add-ons... Spoil myself with these occasionally and LOVE my experience every time!

Sep 14 Update:one of their most experienced stylists saw me yesterday and did a fantastic job fixing my haircut. She was quick and efficient and extremely friendly and professional!I gave the salon 5 stars for customer service and 4 stars overall because it took three visits to get my haircut right (blunt bob).Update:I returned 2 weeks ago to get the haircut fixed. Unfortunately wasscheduled with an entry level stylist who , to my dismay, made the issue worse as I lost length but cut still uneven. Current “style” is about 1/2 inch longer on the right side. I noticed the issue a couple of days later. Had not been able to return to get it fixed as I was out in a business trip on the west coast. The stylist was very friendly and gave me full service (shampoo and hair dry — even though I told her the shampooing wasn’t necessary I said I had just washed my hair earlier that day. I made sure to leave a good tip)I have an appt today (Sep 13) , this time I requested to be seen by the owner, who is an experienced stylist.Very nice salon with professional and friendly front desk staff/staff. For this I would give 5 stars.However, giving 2 stars to the hairstaylist who cut my car yesterday. Eventhough she was friendly the haircut was bad.It was uneven (obviously longer on one side) and I had to tell her to fix it. Despite her attempts at fixing it it is still wrong :( ----- and now I have to return to the salon to get it fixed --- hopefully by someone with more experience.

First, let me start by saying that this is a fantastic salon that's super clean and very, very classy! My fiancé had to come here today as she got her hair colored and cut yesterday at Fringe in West Hartford and they did an awful job! Her hair was cut uneven, etc and it became a total nightmare. Fast forward to today and Hair Gallery was able to correct the previous cut and give my fiancé the cut she wanted and should've gotten yesterday. The stylists here are extremely knowledgeable, super efficient and very nice. Everything and more that you'd expect from an upscale salon! This will now be her go to salon for eveything. By the way, the stylists name was Heather and she did an absolutely fantastic job! I'd also like to mention Sarah at the front desk who was also extremely nice and super accommodating for this nightmare. Thank you all!

I love this place. The owners care so much about their business and clients. I've been seeing Amy Marie for a couple years now and my hair has never looked better. She's a master with color! I always feel like I'm being treated to more than a just a cut and color. From heated towels to head massages at the sink, it's an absolute treat.
