The staff seems genuinely interested in helping customers understand the importance of supporting these underprivileged communities but also in telling the backstory of each amazing item. Great shop for gifts and you can feel good about your purchases rather than just buying junk made in China.”

“I have been shopping at this store for years. They carry a wide array of affordable gifts, jewelry, and all occasion cards. There is a huge selection of unique cards. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. This is a wonderful place to shop for unique gifts that are sure to please your recipients.”
“I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”

It's such a steal with the prices I couldn't find anywhere else!Also love all the wool and Sherpa style rugs too perfect for Scandinavian design or rustic homes! “This is one of the few shops located at the Bradley Airport. They have all the necessary items to make your flight pleasant. You can purchase candy, snacks, refreshments, magazines among other items. Essentially the prices are not to bad considering this is one of only a few shops at the airport.”

“While trying to kill some time, I decided to check this store out for the first time & see if they had some cute notebooks or interesting materials. From the name, I was picturing something related to The Office, where they sell various types of high-end paper products. Additionally, I had recently watched a show based in NY, that had an actual store catered to writers, list keepers, etc. So I had expectations set. When I stepped in, I realized it was a Hallmark store on steroids. I'm not saying I was disappointed, just wrong. The store has many great items. Fashionable clothing, trinkets, gadgets, games, books, cards & feminine notebooks sprinkled in between. I did make a purchase & found some interesting items that I may return for later. The store itself is well maintained, properly staffed & customer service is very pleasant.”

“First of all, the customer service and personal touch is what would make me return as a customer for sure. However, the pieces themselves are beautiful! I ordered a mystery box as I don't live close enough to visit. The experience was amazing! Jane and Charlie were very thoughtful about how they composed my box based on my needs. I recieved a well packaged parcel with a hand written note explaining each item and its purpose. I am beyond thrilled and satisfied. I will definitely be ordering another box soon and planning a day trip!!”
