I would give this review 0 stars if I could. I have been renting here for 5 months auto pay 0 issues the entire time. Well today I get a letter in the mail as a notice Store Rentals of America is increasing my rent by 370% - Absolutely ridiculous gouging.Follow up review - staff reached out to help and provided a compromise that would work for both of us… well nope they just said that over email and didn’t actually implement any changes so I get a much higher than anticipated charge on my card.Very disappointed with my experiences with Doug & this company. Look elsewhere for your storage needs.

Mike and Kate are the most friendly and helpful individuals. They will go back and forth from the main property to this one 1,000 times a day with a smile on their face. The property is gorgeous and very very clean. Prices are on the high side but the IMPECCABLE customer service makes up for it tenfold.

Mike was extremely helpful while assisting me in choosing a storage unit. I feel like he really listened to me and my needs, as we had to downsize from a house to an apartment due to the pandemic. I felt that he was very compassionate and empathetic.

Mike was great to work with!. We spoke about options a couple of weeks ago and he kept a watch on the open inventory. We were looking initially for a 10 x 10, but realized quickly that we needed a larger unit. Thankfully, there was one 10 X 20 available!Thanks. again!
