“I went into this store earlier today because I had bought the wrong size shirt at a different Orvis in VT. They didn’t have it in stock but the staff there found it at a different location and had them match my discounted price I got it at, and are mailing me the shirt. “I like Burlington because their hours are: Monday-Thursday 9am-10pm Friday & Saturday 9am-10:30pm and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm. Some of the other Burlington stores are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-10pm and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm and others are open Monday-Saturday 9am-10:30pm and Sunday 9:30am-10pm Holyoke and Waterbury locations are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-9:30pm or 9:30am-10pm and Sunday 10am-8pm. One time Burlington store hours were Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 11am-7pm or 11am-6pm then another time Burlington stores hours were 9:30am-10pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm.”
“I had such a great experience for my first time shopping at AE! I first met with the store manager, Wendy and she directed me to a few great options of clothing I was looking for. I tried on so many pairs of jeans but her and another store associate, Adrian I think her name was..? were both super helpful, kind and patient with me! Wendy was able to match most of the clothes prices that were on sale on their website which was a plus and I was able to purchase everything I needed. Thank you again and I will definitely be doing a lot of my future clothing shopping with AE. ?”

Last time I was in I was in shock to hear the manager Sandra yelling at the girls, I try not to shop when she’s in , since she had yelled at my kids and was rude.”

“So today I had the pleasure of shopping with my 26 yr old daughter for a graduation dress(advanced degree) She is difficult. We were fortunate enough to have been helped by Geno. Now never having met Geno I hope that I got their spelling correct. Basically Geno is the gold standard for retail… if you don’t know what you’re doing ask for Geno.. if you do know what you’re doing and need quality help.. ask for Geno. “Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”
“We've been in the Tommy Bahamas store in the West Farms Mall twice in the past month for purchases. The staff is very kind, courteous, and helpful. Jennifer, Pierce, and the store manager Kitzia could not be anymore of assistance helping us find the clothes we wanted to purchase and giving us honest opinions when we tried some clothes on. We both were treated like royalty and spoke like we were long term friends. Jennifer also pointed out a very good restaurant to eat at in the mall, which we have frequented twice. These people/sale associates, make the store, and we will continue to shop there whenever we go to the mall.”

“I was getting a gift for my father for Father's Day, when I happened to come by this store. I saw their advertisements online and needed new shirts so I decided to try them. Christina greeted my mom and I when we walked in. She helped me look through different sizes to find the perfect fit and different materials to see which one I liked best. She showed me all the colors they had in my size, and ordered the ones I wanted for me. Christina was polite, funny and relatable and, to be honest, the most helpful sales associate I've ever met. I hope that anybody else shopping at this store gets to meet her!”

“Prices on clothing are high as all name brand clothing everywhere else. But really like good service from employees when spending much money. All were helpful but one was really helpful. Talked to my wife about my daughter and asked my daughter while in the changing room if she wanted her to get a size up or down on the clothing she was trying on. Was a very compassionate young woman. Caring employees come a long way, and make shopping a great time.”

“Bobs closed but they will be reopening in the same plaza a few stores down! Looks like it will be a smaller store. But this might be better, as the previous store seemed kinda unnecessarily big, with not that much selection. I'm guessing the rents in this plaza are pretty high as there are a few other closings and vacant stores.”
