As is true with lots of places, things have gone a bit downhill since COVID, and the place is a bit shabby. It's comforting to still have easy chairs to sit in at a bookstore, but the Canton, CT chairs are worn out and disgustingly soiled. Surely, there is a budget for such things.
The cafe area is gross-- they should've continued to clean tables as they did following COVID.
The long-time bookselling staff is still friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I absolutely love Necker's they had a whole horse section prices were a bit high I got 6 things and it costed 50$ so sheesh on the price but I went today and loved it.”
