I have been a member of many gyms during my life. I have to say this is the best gym I have ever been associated with. The gym itself is exceptionally clean, the staff is knowledgeable and extremely courteous. In addition, between the equipment, all the amenities, and the classes there is something for everyone there.John F

I am very disappointed in Big Sky. We have had a membership for years now. Well my stepson has now moved so we canceled our membership and the next day I get a confirmation that it canceled and then was charged for 2 months. So it doesn't matter if you are a loyal customer for years. When you cancel they charge you for 2 more months to squeeze a little more money from us. This is evil. We were gonna open back up when he comes back but we will never set foot in this place again. Also this is not the only time we have had problems with this company

Amazing gym, "friendly" staff, shady business. I signed up for a month long membership for $20, then figured out I was in a 14 month ($280) contract when I went to cancel. There was nothing on the website, and the sales rep didn't say anything about it when I was joining. Now I'm dealing with their horrible payment processor (as seen in other comments), that's asking for personal information such as bank statements to cancel. This also doesn't go to mention that I called twice and came in once and nobody seems to be able to do anything at all. Again, a beautiful gym, with some not so beautiful business tactics.EDIT: It seems you didn't read what I said. THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE. If you would like, I just took a full 3 minute screen recording of me going through the buying process, (Including opening all terms and conditions), and again, nowhere does it mention that I'm signing up for a 12 month contract. If you'd like to send me your email I'll gladly send the recording. I just want my membership cancelled and I'm facing way more problems then I should. I hope anyone else who reads this can see how helpful and responsive the owner is, and how he really cares about his customers. Please just get this fixed

The eager front desk staff convinced me to sign up with the promise of child care for my daughter. Child care is from 9-12, if they feel like it that day. Child care during prime schooling hours makes no sense to me. It would be nice if there was something available later in the day. I just wish they were upfront and honest that their child care service has serious limitations. And no i did not use my real name since the owner likes to argue with everyone in the review section, and announce when/how often they use their membership as some sort of intimidation tactic. The music sounds like kidz bop, nothing newer than 2012 comes on the radio, and not sure what the maintenance fee is for, they haven’t had a new machine installed this decade.
