I was told by a manager that I needed to buy a paid membership for them to exchange a defective item for a replacement. Apparently you need to pay Best Buy for them to stand by the products they sell. I’ve never heard something so ridiculous.

Sales employee was straight up boundary crossing. I could press charges for harassment, if I wanted to. I hope this store learns how to train customer service people.

Lady followed me around, was rude , started talking about my empty drink container and to be honest seemed like she was on drugs 300 dollars worth of items placed down on spot thank America for Walmart right down road.

Terrific prices through the holidays. Got, TV laptop and earbuds. All on sale at super prices. Knowledgeable and patient salespeople. Geek Squad in store assistance great. Isaac is the champion Geek Squad guy. I much prefer this store to West Hartford.

Update....They have gotten much better with having competent staff on hand, but It's still hit or miss whether you'll get someone who can actually help you. For frame of reference see the old SNL skit of Sylvester Stallone in the orange Julius store. If you're not getting the help you need, ask for a supervisor.

Went there to get a cable. I looked around for a few moments. Could not find right size. Look over at a desk area, 3 employees and a manager standing there chatting!. Not one of them asked to help me!!. I eventually found it on my own!. They call that customer service???. No wonder these places are closing faster and faster!!! GET A CLUE ! IDIOTS!!!!.

I purchased and open box TV from this store on 12/26. The open box was listed as excellent. I asked the store associate and manager to inspect the TV and accessories to ensure nothing was damaged or missing due to the fact that I lived 45 minutes away and did not want to deal with a return or damage. They came back to me stating they just inspected the product and both was missing. When I unpacked the TV at home we found that the feet for the TV were missing. Not only did the store associate manager lie to me when they said they inspected the TV, I have been unable to get a call back from anybody. Corporate Best Buy customer service is telling me that only the store can help me but It is impossible to contact the store directly without physically driving a hour back to the store. All I have asked for is for Best Buy to send me the missing part but they continue to give me the runaround. This is why this box chain is on its final legs.
