The workers here are some of the worst I have ever seen. Not just at Best Buy. Just in general. I wanted to buy a TV and they literally were telling me I was dumb to not get the credit card. Nobody wants a Best Buy credit card. After trying to upsell me on a tv they told me the tv they recommended sucked because it didn’t work without a soundbar. Never go here. They rolled their eyes several times and should all be reviewed by corporate.

Any other way to connect about this aside from social media channels ?
We inquired about some Smart home tech equipment and the staff member who came to advise us wasn't knowledgeable, even about the basics of the products in the store.
Last time I bought a PC at Best Buy I was given incorrect advice and information about upgrade possibilities. Overall disappointed with BB

They refused to replace the screen on my phone. Saying I would have to take it to an Apple store. I don't have Apple Care, I can choose where I want it fixed since I would be paying out of pocket for the screen.

I purchased a tv from this location. They cancelled it without explanation after waiting a week for it to make it to the store. The store said corporate cancelled the order and were unsympathetic. I contacted corporate and they said the store cancelled the tv because they didn't have the item. Terrible customer service.

This business has the most deceptive business practices I have ever personally encountered. Their unwillingness to help us with our return and terrible customer service has finally brought me to understand why they are shutting down their stores across the nation. They’re betting on the ignorance of their customers in order to take advantage of them. DON’T BUY ANYTHING OPEN BOX FROM THEM!

As of recently, I have been on a quest to fix my phone. I spend 175 dollars a year as a warranty and I still have failed to receive a fully functioning phone. I have been to Best Buy 4 times to try and get a replacement phone. I am super disappointed.

I got what I wanted at the price I expected. Unfortunately there is no friendly atmosphere here. No smiles. No one appears to be enjoying themselves.
Update: I went back today for a few items and everyone was friendly as could be. It must have just been a bad day.

I brought my logitech keyboard in to the Geek Squad as it wasn’t working. It was a little over a year old. The Geek Squad rep pushed a couple of keys and said it was toast and there was no way to fix it. Disappointed, I headed over to buy a new one. I feel this person had zero interest in figuring out the problem. Very quick to tell me it was bad and there was nothing that could be done. I later found out, from another associate, that it was far from bad. That is a different review.
