Claudia is the epitome of elegant hard work. Every time I come to this Bank, she greets me with a genuine smile even when I can see she is incredibly busy handling several other customers. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and most important of all she is kind! This is my favorite branch of BOFA now!

I walked into the bank and was told they are open but don’t have a teller they are at lunch. All I needed to do was a simple withdraw. It seems like it is harder and harder to get service at Bank Of America. I tried coming in on a Monday and they were closed. I think it’s time to switch banks after being a customer for 25 years! I don’t recommend opening an account here.

Long lines. Bad hours. Limited staff.

We are very VERY satisfied with the customer service we received from this location!!!!!From Day #01, where "Katherine" was able to assist us to open a personal account, even though we had forgotten to schedule an appointment first. To the next visit, where "Susan" went above and beyond (along with a bank teller; don’t remember her name). It was obviously close to closing time, but they were willing to stay back longer to assist us.We explained to them that we drove an hour to get here, and they were empathetic towards us.We are so new to Bank of America, but by far, we have had the GREATEST BANK EXPERIENCE, because of these ladies. They care about their customers, and it’s not just a job for them. As the saying goes, “it’s not the place, it’s the people!” They all deserve the recognition!!!! Thank you so much!!!

On a visit to B of A Simsbury Branch located at 740 Hopmeadow Street I was highly disappointed by their Customer Service. Arrived at 3:15pm. Waited for a representative to help and was not approached for more than 10 minutes. Representative suggested I make an appointment for the following day that was inconvenient for me. I said I’d rather wait as there was more than 30 minutes until this branch closed. I described my objectives of opening an Estate Account. Representatives including a Relationship Manager (RM) were rude, not helpful, and made demands to me. The RM even described to me that she had worked there for 37 years. But was unable to answer or to solve a simple Estate Account issue. Interesting as I have two other Active and Current accounts with the Bank. One is even an Estate Account. I did receive a call today and was told they were unable to help me. Quite shocked at the reply. And also not surprised at quite a few very negative experience comments at this specific branch. My experiences at the currently closed Granby branch have all been HIGHLY Positive and focused on customer service. Hope a Bank Officer at B of A may see this and follow up. It’s too important to allow this poor culture to continue at this branch.

This bank does the most ridiculous stuff. I needed to move some money to my savings account from another bank (USAA) to get a cashier's check for a vehicle purchase. Teller instructed me to use the Mobile Deposit feature on the app and write myself a check from my other account. I wrote myself a $6000 check on July 23rd. 2 days later the $6000 cleared out of my other acct (USAA) on July 25th. These LUNATICS held my deposit until Aug 4th! 11 days my my $6000 was tied up for no reason! Clearly the funds were available on the check (the year is 2021, verifying funds takes a few seconds.) Finally Aug 4th the money shows up in my BOA acct. This was money to purchase a car so I had to use another $6000 of my money and order a cashier's check from my normal bank (USAA) and it was overnighted to me at no charge the next day and I was saved. BOA could do nothing to release the hold and gave me a run-around as to where my money was. As soon as I can take time off work to get to this useless branch (only 9-4 mon to Fri, no Saturday hours) I am closing my account. BIG MIDDLE FINGER TO BANK OF AMERICA. WHAT A NEUTERED, USELESS BANK. BEWARE. IT COST ME TYING UP $12K TO GET A $6K TELLER'S CHECK.Bank of America answer me this? What in the world would make a person want to bank with y'all? The hours suck and the bank's policies are not geared towards the customer. Only a matter of time before somebody's money gets tied up in this BS game playing and they can't make a mortgage payment. Playing games with money, karma will bite you back.

This is the best BOA location I've ever been to and I've been with this bank since 2003. Everyone is welcoming and always helpful. One person in particular, Susan, has been fantastic in helping me with a replacement debit card issue. She's super helpful, genuine and is just a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all!

Customer service at this branch is awful. Closing my accounts with BOA ASAP. If you have to interact with Lisa, don’t expect a pleasant experience.

Absolutely terrible hours. I can’t go to the bank without taking time off from work. They have also erroneously charged me fees several times.

The past few times we've gotten quarters for laundry this location has shortchanged us by putting pennies in their quarter rolls, essentially stealing from us.

9-4 on weekdays and 9-1 on sat are the worst hours. Impossible for an average working person to get there between those times.
