ALWAYS the kindest and most helpful people. We are so blessed to have such wonderful people working at our post office who care so much. They always greet me by name and know my PO box number. They are exceptional!

I am standing in the postal office here at Sherman and the ONE person behind the counter is actually boxing up and taping up a customers packages while three of us wait for this exchange is going on. The rest of us have our packages packed up and ready to send while this person takes up so much time.This should have been done differently… the woman should have been sent to the empty window to pack her own things while the rest of us were waited on. Now she is looking up a zip code which the customer could have looked up.This is absurd. It is. 11:02 in the morning I have been waiting for 13 min. and I am not first in line.

I’ve lived in the area for over 15 years. The customer service here is terrible, particularly the manager with the blonde hair. As a small shop owner, I ship out a ton of packages weekly. I tend to go to Sherman where the customer service is outstanding. Horrible.

The best USPS office I have ever been to. I had to send a USDA International Health Certificate for my pet to travel overseas, which need to be completed within 10 days of travel and then returned to me, and I was only in town visiting family so I needed it mailed overnight both times. The ladies at the office were super helpful in giving me honest estimates, but the best thing they did was call me and let me know that my package was in the office because they knew I was on a time crunch. Very helpful, they give you the small town feel that most post offices lack. Would definitely recommend over some of the bigger offices in the area.
