A really awesome store with fantastic horror/monster collectibles and artwork. From horror books to vhs to vintage monster toys. Some items I have never seen anywhere but here. There is a huge parking lot, which is free. You enter through Door #8 to get to the store.

A truly one-of-a-kind store! Any fans of horror, sci-fi, pulp/noir, graphic design, art or books or toys or film, in general...anything and everything that is good and cool? It's a must-visit destination!! And owner Eric is a super nice, passionate guy!

Amazing, wonderful spooky items.
Wonderful atmosphere, and customer service. I was unaware that I had purchased item before at horror conventions prior from this booth, I was very excited actually being in the shop this was a whole other ball game, so many items I need and what. definitely fuels my horror and sci-fi needs!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I wish I could give more stars! The atmosphere, the people, the collectibles, THE FINDS, THE SPECIAL APPEARANCES! Take a look for yourself, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! This was my first time here and I was in disbelief that this shop is in my neighborhood. We were just driving down the street and it INSTANTLY caught my eye! I could not be more obsessed and it was only my first visit! On top of all that TIM CLARKE was there doing a signing, LIKE WHAT!!! I needed time to process everything that was going on, I scored some GREAT FINDS left and then returned 10 minutes later (probably less, I was driving back home and reversed after several blocks lol). GO SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

One word...AWESOME! A MUST SEE FOR ALL COLLECTORS. We stumbled upon this place driving down the street and it immediately caught my partners' eye! We of course pulled over and ran in to see what it was all about and WOW! Art prints, collectibles, SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCES on our first visit! INSANE! Tim Clarke just so happened to be there on this day for a signing! Our minds have officially been blown away by this amazing shop and we will definitely be visiting more frequently going forward!

This place is amazing; I cannot rate it highly enough! For the horror, sci-fi, and pulp pop-culture aficionados...this is the place for you! It's a small shop but the space is utilized well - the walls are jam-packed with art, posters, masks, pop culture kitsch, pins, patches, and all sorts of items. There are vintage novelty building kits, puzzles, books, and all sorts of things to peruse and purchase! My boyfriend and I had a great time poking around the various 80's and 90's vintage horror trading card packs, the books, the puzzles, and the pins. We left there $100 lighter but infinitely happier than when we went in! It's definitely worth checking out and we will absolutely be back!

One afternoon, my wife, son and I were taking a stroll through the center of Milford near the town green. On a telephone pole, I saw what looked like an advertisement for a carnival, but it was for a new store called Weirdo Wonderland. It said it was a store dedicated to all things strange and unusual. I've been obsessed with horror and sci-fi films my whole life, so it sounded like it was right up my alley. I eventually popped in on a Saturday afternoon. I was stunned when I walked in. Lots and lots of horror and sci-fi collectibles. Tons of old movie posters and art prints. Various props, masks, old toys, plastic model kits, comics, and even old issues of "Famous Monsters of Filmland". The owner was very personable too. I'll definitely be popping in again to check out their collection of creepy chachkies.

Are you cabin feverish?? Has all your time away from your soul-sucking job been spent in what you now realize is a sad box of IKEA/Wayfair/TJ Maxx/Amazon cookie cutter crap art?? If home is a condo on the fifteenth floor of a filing cabinet for widows and young professionals, let me assure you, friends- you do NOT have to send your furniture and personal effects blowing out of your windows and flaming into the night to break free of that prison!!! You can *instead* head down to Weirdo Wonderland and fill your space with whatever your dark little disturbing heart desires. This is a gem of a place and the stuff of dreams for sci-fi and vintage horror fans. Unusual and cheeky patches, posters, pins, paperbacks, gifts... and what I personally came to find: their print selection which is to die for! It is not too big, but what is lacks in size it MORE than makes up for in quirky. For the amount of stuff they have, they are super well organized and looks like a labor of love- even the ceiling tiles are decorated!! It's in Milford, so maybe 15mins from New Haven (or apparently 5min if you're a CT bred driver)- either way, definitely worth a visit!! They're also on instagram (which is a blessing since the website is kind of janky). It reminds me of Strange Ways in New Haven (one of the few independent stores with personality around these parts) and I only wish a portion of Weirdo Wonderland's selection was offered online, much like Strange Ways'. If you're gonna consume (and you know you will...) consume small and local!!!
