After the third attempt calling the pharmacy (the last of which I was on hold for 13 mins before being hung up on) I had to call and ask for the store manager to get in touch with the pharmacy. Only reason I continued to pursue their services was because I needed a med compounded, which my normal pharmacy does not do. After confirming they could fill the Rx I walked into the store within 10mins; no customers at the counter, minimum 4 people behind the counter.
Apparently none of them are able to answer the phone. Was told it would be done by 5pm that day and I would receive a text when ready for pickup. No text. 2 days later go in yto pickup, not ready. Had to wait 10 mins for it to be filled. Obviously will not return.

I don’t ever write reviews. But this is by far the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Women behind the desk ignoring customers while swearing and eating donuts. Pharmacy tech gave away someone else’s prescription. Absolute mess.

Terrible customer service. I called I was trying to get In contact with someone somebody pick up the phone and hung up then I called right back just for someone to please hold been on hold 20 mins then the call gets transferred back to the prompts I see why this Walgreens only got 2 star rating . Got to do better .

I don't even know where to start on this review but Walgreens has to be the worst pharmacy..being stuck on hold and then being hung up on numerous of times is mildly annoying, but it's the inconsistency ways of doing things, I've been shorted on pills this month on one of my medications... They have some of the rudest staff that make you feel like your inconveniencing them by asking questions or asking them to picking up a few medications all at once instead of a few different trips. I really don't understand how one month you could pick up your prescription 2 to 3 days before it's up for a refill and this month I got to pick it up on the exact day that it needs to be refilled so now I got to go without my meds because I can't get there that exact day to grab it and they don't care at all ...they might as well said to bad that's your problem...if I could give negative 5 stars I would... Shame on you customer service skils

Visited the pharmacy to obtain a prescription, found out I received more that what was asked. When I tried to return the item in-person the next day (within 24 hours). I was told to call back to speak with a manager when they were in. I called multiple times and was on the phone for hours. Each time when I finally connected after being on hold for 30+ minutes it would ring then disconnect or I would be told to call back when the manager was in. After days of trying to get into contact between calls and going in-person I found this elusive manager who finally denied me the ability to return a medical device that was unopened and still in the original packaging. I was swindled out of my money and told they probably would have accepted the return if was same day. I make the effort to do the right thing and am punished because I could not get in front of the manager. How is this right?!?!?

Manager is very perfessional. The other one is like a person who couldn't make the 3 more years of med school and residency . I am a plesent person, try to be likewise. We know your busy likewise so are we.

I wish I can give a negative star rating with this company, was on hold three times, , There was one person in front of me,talked to an assistant manager and she told me she’s going to hand me to the pharmacy, was put on hold again, ended up in the florist department, then on hold for another 20 minutes, called back again same thing, impossible to get through the pharmacy, this place is a disaster, take your business elsewhere

The pharmacy is so slow. I make appointments online and then wait for an hour. Why bother allowing for people to make appointments if they aren’t honored?

This pharmacy at this Walgreens is awful. It’s so bad it’s suspicious. Corporate should seriously lookinto what’s going on over there especially with so many controlled substances. The staff act and look shady too. They try to put up a good front but check the other reviews they fail constantly for years now.

This was a typical Walgreens brand experience. Well stocked and helpful employees. The line moved quickly and nothing eventful occurred. Checkout was quick and easy. I recommend this Walgreens location.

If you have ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Walgreens pharmacy, then there isn’t anything I can say you don’t already know .To anyone that hasn’t been here , or maybe thinking , hey it’s close how convenient ?? if I was a conspiracy theorist, I’d say they spend there time finding ways to help you NOT get your prescriptions . I was told today,” we fill them randomly “ hahaha your a pharmacy that regulates prescriptions from doctors, yet you decide who when and how much people of your choosing will receive .

Store is good. Pharmacy is horrible. It went from excellent to crap . Emails and phone calls saying your prescriptions are ready. You get there wait in line and they are NOT. You are told to come back in two hrs. Still when you come back you have to wait , as they are not ready. The phone is never answered and after being on hold for 40 minutes it hangs up.Workers seem overwhelmed and customers in line as frustrated as you are.I have used them for 30 years .They Used to be excellent. What happened I do not know . Also they have posted hrs. You go to get needed meds . to find the store open ,but a paper sign on the pharmacy that they decided to close early that day. After a year of this treatment , I just changed Pharmacies.

Every time I call the pharmacy, I'm placed in hold for a minimum of 20+ minutes, then they pick up the phone only to place you back on hold or hand up on you!!!! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
