Can never get my elderly parents prescriptions, it’s always closed. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

Store is good. Pharmacy is horrible. It went from excellent to crap . Emails and phone calls saying your prescriptions are ready. You get there wait in line and they are NOT. You are told to come back in two hrs. Still when you come back you have to wait , as they are not ready. The phone is never answered and after being on hold for 40 minutes it hangs up.Workers seem overwhelmed and customers in line as frustrated as you are.I have used them for 30 years .They Used to be excellent. What happened I do not know . Also they have posted hrs. You go to get needed meds . to find the store open ,but a paper sign on the pharmacy that they decided to close early that day. After a year of this treatment , I just changed Pharmacies.

Used to be decent but they are total trash now.They will tell you scripts will be ready and then tell you it will take several more days by the time you drive over there , has happened 6 times to me now and im switching pharmacies cause of it. F walgreens

I have never seen such an unorganized pharmacy as this one. I thought I got lucky there was only 1 person in line ahead of me, I went on my lunch break. I now know, no matter how many people are in line, you are guaranteed a 10-15 min wait no matter what. I don't even need a script...I need an allergy med with decongestant. There is no \"express\" line. If one cashier is working on one customer the second cashier is fiddling around with something else while the line gets longer and longer. People are sick, not feeling well or on a schedule and can't wait half hour for someone to help them. I have never seen a \"full staff\". I have never seen one of the many people wandering aimlessly behind the counter jump in and help. Changing my pharmacy preference to CVS. I went there and I was taken care of immediately. They are not \"joking around\" or standing around watching customers get angrier an angrier. Avoid this pharmacy they are there for a paycheck, not the customer.

Pharmacy frequently closes at odd hours. Call first before you go. My mom was left on a Friday with no Rx till Monday because the pharmacy closed early without notifying us.

The service and responsiveness of this store is unsatisfactory. Picking up prescription took nearly 1/2 hour. Rude and understaffed- poor Managment. Pharmacy manager Oksana Harvey should be replaced for not staffing, training properly. This has been an issue for many months. Moving to CVS.

Always have to wait forever. The drive thru is a joke. They have two lines available but only use one at all times. They are understaffed. They told me my medicine would be ready in an hour and i came back over 2 hours later and it still wasnt ready.

I was in Walgreens pharmacy pick up line today from 12:00 pm to 12:40 pm. I do not understand why it would take so long to PICK UP a prescription after I phoned in the refill and any questions about the refill would have been answered before I was in line for pick up. There were initially five cars in front of me. Two cars left I assume out of frustration. I called the pharmacy manager and he said they were also doing COVID testing in the drive up. Maybe they should have a separate lane for pharmacy pick up and another JUST for COVID testing and a separate staff for each. It is a very frustrating experience to sit in line for 40 minutes especially at gas also $4.50 a gallon. Seems there should be a simpler, more efficient and faster way to simply pick up a prescription. Hopefully someone in authority will look into this frustrating situation. Thanks for your attention.

So this review is just in the store, I have no pharmacy or photo experience. The store was pretty well stocked, even seasonal right before Christmas. The line was a little long, but they added an extra cashier (which some are loathe to do) so things kept moving. The parking lot had a fair amount of spaces, but is a little compact as far as roads go, so take care backing out.

Their photo department is very on organized I have placed orders and they never have them when they said they're ready and then I'll place an order and go to pick it up and they say they never have the order especially when it's for a Christmas present don't recommend and I definitely paid for my order over $100 and they don't have it

There is typically long lines in the pharmacy and the staff aren't as helpful locating items. The store is usually stocked with items.

Another unsatisfied customer. It seems this store doesn't read their reviews. Tech at window refused my script saying it was written incorrectly. It wasn't, CVS across the street filled it in 20 minutes. Renewed a script online to recieve today, no problem, then find out the store is out of this very common medicine and can't fill till tomorrow. Unacceptable. All I can do is take my 1000 a month in scripts to a better run store. And that store is CVS across the street. Walgreens on Bridgeport in Shelton sucks.
