Reggie Edouard is a great asset to the Verizon, Shelton store. He is so courteous, genuine and accountable. I highly recommend anyone needing any Verizon help to see Reggie.

From beginning to end my experience was perfect. Because it involved a second phone in a different location nationally, and disconnecting from a different carrier, it could have been a nightmare.
However three different agents seamlessly resolved every hiccup that arose.
This Verizon location and its management/employees are top shelf in every way.

Traveling to various destinations from a long distance I somehow lost my lifeline — the google maps ap and was anxious about finding my way around until I foun a Verizon store outsid downtown Shelton, Ct.
There I found a most cordial and skilled women behind the counter and after explaining my dilemma - she said, ‘I can fix that.’
In less than 2 minutes she was handing me back my phone on the very page I needed to find the way to the hospital where my sister lay.
Hiba saved the day for me as far as I was considered in a friendly and most professional way.

The people works in a very bad personality. They don’t have any good communication with the customer. I am so disappointed I will not recommend anybody that store.

Jermaine is The best , took care of us, upgrade my phone and did an absolute amazing job making sure how the bill will be affected and how to operate new phone. 5 stars! amazing sales rep!

Jared Allister helped me and my mom (and multiple other people because they were short staffed). We needed to take care of numerous issues and he could not have been more helpful, kind and professional. I highly recommend Jared at this store!

I can not say enough about the sales person, Reggie. He was courteous, professional and patient. He knows his product, explains everything and takes the time with his customers. He didn't waste our time but instead gave us his number and told us when to come back so we didn't have to sit and wait. When I dropped and shattered my phone (2 days after getting it) he made himself available to help me yet again. Thank you so much Reggie; I have already been referring others to you.

I am not text savvy in anyway, any helped me reduce my bill and get a new phone to boot he was helpful, professional and very solicitous. I would definitely recommend searching him out if you go to this store.
