Scammers, paid cash and pump shows it’s pumping on the scale and no diesel even came out. Lady argued with me saying I got the full moneys worth when truck is still on dead empty. Would never go to again.

The genius behind the counter isn't even qualified to work at a gas station. He wouldn't let me pump diesel in a red can cuz "its against the law"

Here is why the low star! They don’t answer their phone!! Absolutely right there alone- never buying my gas here again. Went to the front left pump facing the road and furthest to the left facing down the hill. Inserted my debit card- asked me for my zip code and pin. Entered and paid for my gas. Happy- right. A few minutes later my bank emails me saying $150 dollars at Valero was declined bc of an incorrect PIN number. Thank goodness bc I used my pin only once and paid for my $42 worth of gas. How on this planet were they able to try to scam $150 from me. It said- incorrect pin was the reason it was declined. So I do thank my bank. I called to ask if a skimmer was hooked up to that pump but they don’t answer. Called all day since I left. Seriously!! So shady and would never come back

Unfortunately, the staff is not pleasant to me especially in the morning. Customer service can step it up a notch. It's just nice to be nice. Saying thank you for being a patron is always in order. Overall, the gas station is very neat and clean, but again, the a.m. staff is not friendly, pleasant and polite like others are saying. Why?
