“They contacted me right away to set up an appt , asked me when I can leave the vehicle which I didn't agree with , usually they ask to leave the vehicle when they are doing repairs , other than that they communicated with me fast , I couldn't make the appt due to health issues , but will contact them again as needed , thank you”

Nicks/Mike at one point or another for their complete auto care.I have been going to Dr. Nicks/Mike as my only mechanic for over 20 years. I've probably put his kids through college with all the business my family has given him. Even though I moved out of town, I still take the trip to use them. Excellent mechanic/team and shoots it straight. A nice guy, without sugar coating problems, or giving you a doomsday scenario. He has performed oil changes to full engine swaps for me! Saving me a lot of headaches, as well as money! No idea what I'll do if/when he retires. But ill continue to use him until he does, and probably pester him after too. Thanks again *****”

We were stuck on the side of the road A good 20 minutes away from Steve .We Were able to pull into a commuter parking lot. Steve the owner left a party to fix our vehicle, so that we could proceed and not have to get towed. We were blown away with his professionalism and the way he treats his clients as though they are family members. I highly recommend. !!”

“Matt and the technitions at Champion in stratford are a pleasure to deal with. my silverado has proven to be a tough transmission to keep running. They came with high recommendations and I agree. THEY ARE HONEST AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. They absoulutely stand 100% behind there 1 yr warranty, and after doing additional work on trans. They felt it was still running to hot. so a trans cooler was installed under warranty, no additional charge. Who does that? not many shops. matt also ask me to bring back in two weeks to ck it. “The alternator on our Mercedes Sprinter Van starting failing as we were traveling through CT last week. We called around to a few shops in desperation and ultimately decided to swing by Falbos..We were greeted by Cole and he could hear desperation in my voice..we use this Sprinter for our freight transport business and we had a customers shipment still onboard! I thought Cole would say 4-5 days out like typical shops but he immediately sprung into action trying to get the part ordered. He ultimately said next day and being that we live in our conversion van we were able to stay there and have the new alternator installed next day. Cole had his mechanic Christopher and a helper get us back on the road in just a little over two hours the following day plus got out a little less than the dealerships charge. Would definitely use this shop again.”

“I've been to this place three times and I can say that they are very honest and helpful, their pricing is honest, their honesty helps save you money. My car broke down on me a few months ago, and they stood open a little longer for me to be able to have the tow truck bring the car and I was surprised that the owner drove me home.
Just recently I had new tires put on and needed a new bearing on the front driver side, and they were able to do it the same day, in less than two hours.

“Thank you to the fabulous team at A&S Auto Repair and Body Shop . They were recommended by Automobilia for the repair of a defect on my bumper prior to the application of paint protection film. The two facilities orchestrated transport of my vehicle, repair, and return to Automobilia where the film was completed. I just picked up the car last Friday August 23rd 2024 and I am astounded at the paint and body work. The bumper work is flawless. And the car truly looks better than when I bought it new 6 months ago. “I was near tears in a panic today when I walked in, pregnant and pushing my toddler in a stroller, to let them know I was parked in their free air pump spot with my hazards on. I thought my gas tank was leaking. Jim was unbelievably kind and offered to take a look at my car for free. Turns out it was a simple fix- just a small clamp that rotted off and needed to be replaced. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding, and generous. They totally turned my day around. “I've been coming to C & C Family Automotive for all of my auto repair needs ever since moving to the area two years ago and they have been nothing short of exceptional. Everybody there, from the front desk to the lift, is professional, responsible and honest.I most recently had an oil change and a repair of a leaking AC system done before a road trip. This time, like every other time, I got a call from Tony a couple of hours after dropping off the car. He gave me his assessment of the repairs required, their costs, and all of the context I needed to make an informed decision about whether to perform the repair. Having an older vehicle, some repairs are just not worth it, and Tony always takes the time to explain what he did to find the problem, the extent of the repairs, how likely it is that the issue could reoccur, and whether he'd do the repair on his own vehicle.I would also particularly like to point out the speed with which C & C do all of their work - I've never left my vehicle with them for longer than 3 days, even for major repairs.
