My car looks better than it did 6 months ago when I bought it new.
Along the way I spoke with Pierre, Christian, and Alex but dealt mainly with Bhowan who was amazing in answered all of my questions. Kevin did the work on my car, which consisted of Xpel paint protective film on the front bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, and mirrors. Kevin has a great eye for detail and saw a defect on my bumper while he was applying the film and thought the defect would appear more pronounced once the film was applied. After discussion we decided to have it addressed before the film was applied. The great team at Automobilia transported my car to and from the repair facility which did a great job and which I will review separately. I got the car back on Friday August 23rd, 2024 and the results speak for themselves. I am so impressed with not only the pleasant dispositions and personalities of each member of the team, but their professionalism and craftsmanship as well. Each person possesses such expertise that I knew that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend this facility and would not hesitate to visit again for future services. “Robert was very perfessional, courteous prompt in addressing all my concerns. He made a bad exprince from fairfield location into a pleasant stress free exprence. I have no idea what possesed me to go to Fairfiled location, I will never go there again, the person at counter was rude and they lied about tires being diacountinued. They took 4 hours to change 3 tires unbelievable.At Stratford location, Hawly lane, Robert was amazing, he got me in immediately, ordered the tires I wanted and swithced them out whithin one hour.Amazing location, and the crew is fast. “I never write reviews, but Steve the owner went so far out of his way to accommodate my husband and I on Saturday. We were stuck on the side of the road A good 20 minutes away from Steve .We Were able to pull into a commuter parking lot. Steve the owner left a party to fix our vehicle, so that we could proceed and not have to get towed. We were blown away with his professionalism and the way he treats his clients as though they are family members. I highly recommend. !!”

“I had the misfortune of blowing off the outer thread of my rear tire on I95. Fortunately for myself it was near an exit which took me to this location. The mechanic or maybe the owner was unable to find a tire so instead took the spare tire off the rim and put it on my chrome rim and was on my way in no time. I had to force to give him money because he refused to charge me”
“Can easily recommend. Front tire sprang a leak 2 days ago and had a hunch I should really get them all replaced (I drive a lot and it had been a few years). They confirmed my hunch, and got me a good new set of all-season tires. All in all, even with no appointment I was in and out in under 45 minutes from parking to driving away, owner and staff seemed very knowledgeable, polite and communicated clearly, and I paid about $200 less than the last place I got them replaced at. I'll be back!”

“As suggested by the name, these guys do primarily brake work and also sell tires. The service is very good. The front desk rep is polite and informative and I have never had a problem when I had work done there. I recently had brakes and rotors replaced it was done properly and was way cheaper Than if I had gone to the dealership for my car.”

“On the way back from vacation, our alternator belt blew. John couldn't service me today but made some calls and found another Monro store nearby available to do the work. He followed us all the way there to make sure we arrived safe since our battery was on its last legs as well.
Two hours later we were fixed and back on the road. Thanks John, I might just name my first born after you. Don't tell my wife.”

“I've been to this place three times and I can say that they are very honest and helpful, their pricing is honest, their honesty helps save you money. My car broke down on me a few months ago, and they stood open a little longer for me to be able to have the tow truck bring the car and I was surprised that the owner drove me home.
Just recently I had new tires put on and needed a new bearing on the front driver side, and they were able to do it the same day, in less than two hours.

“Pump gas at this location Shell gas station needed a jump. The clerk young man in the Shell gas station did not even help me, but yet he sold me Jumper cables 12.99,24.99 .I went across Street to Fred's to a local shop in the area not far from one of my homes.I asked a young man to Assist Immediately with the battery charging. He was very responsive and quiet & assisted! Please support this gas station.They have morals here.I was born in an Era where people help each other! Support this location. Regular gas is 2.99 per gallon premium, which is use is 3.89. Nice!”
“My daughter’s car was leaking coolant. Called Jensen’s after a 3 day holiday weekend figuring they would be busy. They told me to drop it off. After a couple of hours, Eddie Jensen called me to let me know that the radiator was leaking fluid and needed to be replaced along with a new thermostat and a new serpentine belt. Quoted me over $1300. Said it would probably take a week. Not only did I get the car back much sooner but the bill was $150 cheaper than quoted. Jensen’s has always been great to my family and I. Great mechanics and great customer service.”
“What a great experience! We needed a new tire for our 36' motorhome last minute. After calling around to several other places and being told that no one had the tire we needed in stock, I found this place on Google. I called and the owner not only had our tire in stock, but he was able to fix it right away. “My family and I have used Marshalls for every mechanical issue I can remember for many years. There are at least 3 of us individual drivers and car owners who use Marshalls. We have always been completely satisfied. They always know what they are doing. They always make good use of their time. They are so honest that one time they advised the car wasn't worth the repairs we were seeking-they could see it would need too many additional repairs in the very near future! If money was their primary concern, just think how much profit they could have made if they had kept quiet and just gone ahead and started with that first repair.
