My family has spent well over $15k at this shop over the years. Today, I noticed one of their store made wine advertisements had a misprint...showing a rating of 97 points for a 2019 wine that actually has a rating of 90 points...from the same reviewer. Instead of the "thank you, we will fix that" response and removing the incorrect ad, as any normal business owner would respond with, the manager literally said "don't worry your pretty little head about it" and then refused to provide service because he was upset that his apparently i te tional fraud had been uncovered. Clearly this is standard practice at the business and he knows he is regularly committing fraud....a crime. Also, he apparently likes men. Will not be returning.

My first thought walking in the was that it felt super welcoming. Bright, open & the layout was easy to navigate. Not only was the shop located in a convenient location but the prices were fair as well. The store carried a good amount of locally sourced items which is always nice. I bought a variety of things & had of different questions. The gentleman (Derek) that assisted me was a tremendous help and more than knowledgeable. I appreciated the customer service! 10/10 would recommend.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a place like this. I would give it zero stars but I'm unable to.The bald gentleman with a beard started off as a nice customer service person than he turned into a rather rude a/hole. I asked politely if I could stack a few items on the counter at the beginning of my shopping experience to which he replied sure no problem.Even restocked all of the merchandise back on the shelf without informing me. When I went to check out he was blunt and condescending and stated since I was in there so long he had to put them back on the shelves. To my surprise he said don't worry let me go get them. He informed me all the bottles were correct and ring them up while complaining I took too long. As I looked down at the counter the items were not correct.Due to his hostile attitude I will never shop at this place again.

7:40 doors locked, you're open until 8. Brushed me off with the wave of a hand when I just wanted to grab something quickly. I guess "friendly staff" only goes so far these days.

Nice place. Beer and bourbon selection is limited, but adequate. There's a back parking lot. You have to go to the back lot for the main entrance.
