After going from a pedestrian in the city to a sedentary suburbanite--either sitting at work or sitting in my car totaling max of 100 steps--I gained an unsettling amount of weight. I went into Taylor-Made Fitness after not working out for almost a year, and I'm loving the results. I love discovering which crazy muscles are sore the next day(s), and feeling validated for the efforts! Thank you Patty and all the other teachers for being so kind (but still tough!) to a newbie. I need the motivation!

The staff at TMF take the time to get to know you personally and work on your goals. It's a friendly environment, feels like family and the classes offered are fun and motivating! The spin classes are like no other in the area- the bikes are high quality and the fact that you can opt in to have your bike on the screen (the screen in front of the room shows the bike numbers' power and RPM) is challenging and fun for those who are competitive!

I am so glad I joined. The instructors are awesome and always change things up so that each class is different. They encourage you to keep working- but aren't "in your face" about it. I used to dislike spinning but these instructors are wonderful- they fit you for your bike and explain what you are doing. I love that I can see my progress on the screens in front of the room and get an email with my workout stats- it helps keep me motivated. Also, now that they added the drop-in times to spin or do a gym workout (they have the workout posted and you can work through it yourself or with a fellow gym member) it is easier to fit in a workout with my crazy schedule working full time, coaching, and with young kids.

Taylor made fitness is hands down the best decision I have made to date. I have never really stuck to any kind of exercise plan in the past, but with Patty's help... I am finally changing my life. She is the most professional, sweet, motivating ROCK for me and I will forever be grateful. This gym is very clean, organized and everything is sanitized after use. It also has such a welcoming environment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, as are the members. I so very highly recommend this gym to anyone!!

Taylor-Made Fitness is a great gym for anyone! Every class is a great workout and you are able to modify to your own capability, which is what separates it from many other gyms. The instructors truly care about your progress and keep you motivated! Definitely the best gym I've ever joined, love Taylor-Made Fitness. Highly recommend.

As a women on a fitness journey Taylor-Made has taken me further in my fitness goals than any other gym or class I have tried. Excellent variety, very generous get to know the gym intro rate. Try as many classes as you can! You will find that you like things you never thought you would. Just get in the door!

Taylor-Made Fitness is awesome! This place does everything right! For starters, first week is totally free to try out any classes you'd like. To get going you can signup online or at the gym. The folks here are seriously professional, they know their stuff, and they genuinely want you to have a great experience. Programs include every variety of spinning, pilates, barre, yoga, kettle bell, trx, boot camp, small group/one on one personal training, and even a running group. You name it, they've got it, and they're running everything with the best of the best trainers. Beyond thrilled with the spinning - the high tech bicycles are great! Track your rpms, resistance, heart rate (if you have a polar hr strap), and the best thing ever is that you get an email that night with all the details including Calories burned! The skinny on this brand new gym- the fitness area is small but with a really great vibe, bathrooms with a basket of essentials for home away from home, though no showers, and pleasantly surprised with the ample free parking. Rates are highly competitive, with class cards and monthly memberships available. Check it out ... you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!
