Ashley working self checkout was very rude during my stop and shop experience! Will never go back train your employees better and hire better workers who seem like they value the job very disheartening

Overpriced meats and a disgusting produce section. Found vegetables that are literally rotten, some you wouldn't know until you get it home and cut it open. You're better off picking produce out at a dump. Done with this place.

Every single week, for the last few years there are common items that aren't stocked at this location. Not sure how the ordering system functions for a grocery store, but I can always find what I need at shop rite across the street. I also attempted several different stop and shop locations in neighboring towns, no inventory shortages there. Just last week I asked for filet mignon at the butchers counter, they said they didn't have any. Couple weeks prior, no salmon, few weeks before that, couldn't find whole chicken roasters. I can continue, but I'm sure you get the point. Also absolutely loving having only 2 registers open during rush hour on a weekday. Sorry, not using self checkout when I have a full cart worth of items. Place needs new management.

Had to contact customer service for a problem. Serenity was very helpful. Gave me as much information as she could and was very prompt. I can't remember the last time I had such a positive customer service experience ever, anywhere.

I decided after many years to go back to Stop and Shop. Bad decision. The woman in the deli shook her head when I asked for my ham to be shaved and practically threw it at me and when doing the self checkout I asked the woman who was too busy talking to another employee how to use my gift card and rudely said swipe it and walked away. As I’m leaving you normally hear have a nice day but she was too busy on the phone telling whom ever “you better buy me drinks tonight “. That experience ruined my day!!
