Great selections of local dairy, meat and vegetables. Items can be a bit pricey, but the quality is outstanding. The cheese and fresh bakery section could use expanding. Prepared foods and deli counters look great.

Quality products. The manager took care of a problem I had with a product expiration. One detraction was an employee who was very rude not customer friendly. Otherwise a good experience.

It's just okay... I miss Common Bond. There are some high quality products and I love the idea of farm raised meat but I am hoping they expand a bit more on the local/organic products and make it more healthy as we don't have a store like that now in Shelton. It's weird to a selection of quality stuff but then typical processed food and big name brands a lot of people want to avoid nowadays. Still, I will give this place a chance!

Great market, great food, great people. It's a shame that people below like Alexander exist, though. No real qualifier there; it's simply a shame.
"That's not a 27lb ham!!" -- proceeds to post a picture of a literal 27lb ham.
"$27/lb is too high...wait, what, it was $7/lb?? Yeah, well, uh...that's STILL too high!"
What an exhausting individual. EDIT: Oh and there's no apostrophe in costs. That alone should get you banned from posting reviews.

Great selection of local wholesome items. I only eat meat locally sourced and stone gardens is my go to store for a wide variety of meats I can trust where they lived and were processed.

Went to the new stone garden (old common bond) to buy a fresh ham for my smoker. They tried selling me a 7lb ham for $193.83 that's $27.69 per lb. Butcher in Seymour has fresh hams for $3-4 per LB. (UPDATE) Response to owner response. That was not a 27lb ham, $7 per lb is still way too much, and no ham ANYWHERE cost's close to $200.00. I stand by my review, and have still not stepped foot in that store since, nor do I plan to.

I enjoy the experience whenever I visit; there is always something new to try, the meals are really delicious, the hot bar is amazing, and the people are always friendly and willing to talk about the different varieties of products that they offer. I love this place!

It's is just awesome. A small grocery store, farm fresh veggies, and a local butcher all in one. It's the perfect store for the area. Prices are good for the freshest cuts of meat you can get. So far I have tried 6 different cuts of beef and pork and all of them are some of the best I have ever had.

Expensive but the quality is bomb. I can tell this is fresh, organic, local product and you get what you pay for. I saw some items in here that are very unique. Their Frozen food section has a large variety of meats and baked goods. Vegan meats, nut free products, soy free, gluten free products. I just stopped in to grab a protein bar with my nephew before our workout at phase (in the lot behind them) but I think I need to check this place out with more time in my hands. I want to see what kind of fish they may have, and produce. Very quaint store.
