I placed an online order to pick up a printed paper,, it took like 4 hours, and I asked if I can see if its available even if I didn't get an email since I was in the area, the women in the printing center who was on her phone told me next time to ask for it to be expedited since they don't want to rush on orders... It was already printed she just needed to hand it to me.

While shopping for a desk calculator with tape, we asked the cashier for information on the two different products that we held. She not only pointed out the similarities and differences, but she also gave her personal recommendation & experience. She then advised us of product warranty options without pushing the sale. Finally her attitude was very positive and appearance professional.

Amazing, great people!! I had a problem with my computer, part of the screen was black. I was unable to get into it, to run security. I came to Staples with my computer. Lisa and Pete got me in the right direction. Lisa was able to find the problem and fix it within five minutes. I am writing this to thank, Amazing humans!

The staff at the Staples in Shelton, CT on Sunday evenings are incredible. So helpful, so polite, and so organized. It was a pleasure to go shopping, be helped finding what I needed and helping me to get the best deal/coupons.

Just the worst experience I've had in a long time. Took me less than one minute to locate and bring to the counter my single purchase, but 25 minutes to check out and it was all because the older Indian checkout woman told me I could get 50% off my purchase by downloading the Staples App. After 25 minutes of frustration downloading the App then she told me to pay full price for my purchase. I asked her what about the 50% off she promised me and she said that was somehow in future purchases or something or other. What a huge waste of time. I should have just ignored this fraud promotion she mentioned, paid and gotten out. No more going to this store for sure. Bait and switch on something so trivial.

I believe his name was Craig and when I glanced at his tag it said manager and I’m very satisfied with his customer service. I saw they had a sign saying spend more then $75 get $15 coupon and he really sat there and helped me sign up and made sure I got the coupon and helped me get protection on one of the items I specifically shopped for! Awesome awesome customer service and very polite, recommend him !!

Picked up an online order. It was very easy. Went to cashier, showed my i.d. and they handed me the order which was ready at the counter.
