Paid $25 for their highest level wash and every spot that I was hoping to get cleaned is still dirty. Dirt on windshield, marks from bugs on the dashboard, etc. All still there. Wish I didn’t waste my money.

Lot of pressure during the up selling process, even tho I said I didn't want it. Decent wash, somehow missed some bits on the outside and the glass cleaning wasn't great

Update 08/08/24 - No reply, no call - customer service does not matter - Hand wash..
Visited In June - Handwash?! well Barely cleaned inside. Windows were supposed to have been washed… i have streaks and now need to wash all windows again… not impressed. The outside is almost good though…. May have been just a bad time…Update one week later: Following the response from the "owner", I did call customer service and I am still waiting to hear back.. I just sent an email.. we will see...
