She wasn’t overwhelming and bugging me about shoes and buying a bunch. There are some insanely kind people that work in this store. It takes extra effort to read the situation and see what a customer needs instead of doing too much. “Everything you think you need and then some can be found here. From the outside it looks like a small little spot but it upends up inside and is aisles and aisles of STUFF! Extension cords, tools, toiletries, kitchen ware , clothes, coats, suitcases, toys, socks, belts, cleaners, chargers, watches, batteries... EVERYTHING. it's really worth a walk thru. “Purchased a pair of Alden boots from Sherman Brothers and accidentally return them to The Shoe Mart. Dan Zapata, helped me track the boots down, which were lost at UPS and had them re routed to Sherman Brothers, for me. That, is going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm buying all my Alden's from The Shoe Mart, from now on. Best customer service, I've seen.”

“Customer service at Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel in Milford is wonderful. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is also plenty of off the street parking.The inventory includes a wide variety of work and casual wear as well as a licensed team merchandise. The sneaker department, especially for children has a awesome selection and most items come in multiple sizes.The store is a lot different than it used to be, but it adequately serves the needs of children and teenagers.”
