Abdominal ultrasound entire staff was very kind to my wife and my-precious dog Lexi unfortunately Lexi lost her battle with heart disease .the kindness and empathy the staff showed made it much easier, would definitely recommend this place. They obviously love animals

Called to see if they could take my Merlin on a Saturday after he was throwing up for a few days. After X-rays was determined a possible blockage, that they hoped he would pass. Come Monday he was worse and they had to do emergency surgery. The staff were so amazing and kind. They stayed after hours to help him and I will be forever grateful. They followed up with calls asking how he is doing and if I had any questions or concerns. He is on the mend, though not happy with his cone. Lol

It shouldn't cost $300 for annual check for a healthy cat. ( office visit, fecal test and rabies shot). It was my first and last time in that office.

I've been taking my dogs to this center for 12 year. while I like the selection of veterinarians, the Customer Service lacks. The place has become more about the $ and less about the quality of care. There is no urgency for follow ups on test result. No urgency for calling pharmacy for RX for pet after diagnosis. you have to call multiple times & send emails to get appointment or speak to someone. The modo has become, "let's talk $$$ first".

my cat went there for over a decade. And then he passed away the staff was extremely extremely compassionate even sent a card and everything. We waited a few years to adopt and all of them and he just went for his first check up this past week. From the minute we walked into the night we left staff was so assertive. They don't make you wait long and the doctor is so kind and compassionate. you can truly tell that they care about your animals.The prices are very fair and affordable and they are very honest. I would never take any animal anywhere else.Dr. Kreiger is the goat

Such an amazing and caring staff, todays review is for the brilliant groomer Gary! He did such a phenomenal job and took special care and attention pampering Max on his Spa day! He was so friendly with max and huskies are no easy feat to bathe.He came out looking like a brand new doggo, new bandana, ears clean, paws shining, fresh from head to paws, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!??Thank you Gary!

Clean place open 24hrs. Took my cat their this weekend after my regular vet recommended emergency care, seems like a professional place but my experience felt more like how shady car salespeople treat you not great communication just wanted to present their “treatment plans” which came across as dealing with a sales rep instead of a caring vet.

Dr. Prior is hands down one of the best vets we have ever worked with. She is kind, warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and above all - patient. She was very intentional and thoughtful when treating our cat Twigg. Dr. Prior makes you feel like you’re part of your pet’s treatment, she informs you every step of the way, gives you space to ask as many questions as you need, and follows up with phone calls. She even stayed well past closing hours to run tests and was in kind spirits the entire time. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication! You’ve made our move to Shelton so much easier!
