The first time I went the manager was very nice and accommodating. I signed up for the membership, and true to their word when I needed to get refunded for the months I didn’t use the membership, they gave me my refund without a problem. For their self service feature and membership, you have everything you need to clean your car spotless. It made washing my car kind of fun and certainly efficient .

Edward and Christian at the Shelton location personally helped me to fix a glitch in my membership and could not have provided better Customer Service. Kudos to your company. I will not use the competition in town. Horrah for Russell Speeders and the Shelton staff

The Shelton CT Russell Speeder's Car Wash at 811 River Road is the very best car wash in the area. Christian C. (CSA) and Edward, General Manager, are super professionals and aim for 100% Customer Loyalty. Love this place. In and out no problems, this franchise washes my car the best. I just wish they would open earlier in the summer because I work third down the street at Sikorskys and have to drive to the Milford one when I get out at 7am ? but that’s just me being selfish lol

Yesterday I went to have my car washed and apparently left my phone on the back of my car. The guys at the car wash all stopped what they were doing to help me find it! We walked all around the area and then one of the employees found it IN the car wash!!! And it still works!!! Thanks so much to the wonderful guys Eddie Steven and Elvis!!!! Friendly and oh so helpful!!! Lifesavers actually!!

The employee Federico that was assisting me with my car was very kind, helpful and caring he made sure everything went well for me and my car came out looking and smelling brand new great place and great and helpful employees!

Great place to get a really good wash with all the works for a very reasonable price. I took 2 monthly memberships for my cars for $26 each a month and unlimited. Employees are very nice.
