Being an active 70 year old, skiing, hiking and cycling are my passions. I get injured a lot. I've had several therapists in Shelton. They've all been professional, informative, friendly and experts in their field. The support staff and their office people are the same. I can't say enough about how well they put me back together!

Everyone I've dealt with has been professional and positive. Working with Austin for physical therapy was an excellent experience. I will seek his council again and I recommend that others do the same.

I was going to rehab associates after having shoulder surgery and I was also dealing with a concussion. I had positive interaction with everyone there except for my therapist Caroline. I struggled with doing my rehab for my shoulder due to my concussion and she was very impatient with me. When I couldn't do something she constantly wrote negative comments to workers comp that I refused to do my rehab. She would constantly say you should be further along than where you are right now. I let Caroline know several times I felt light headed due to the pain of my shoulder but she still refused to listen or care about what I was going through due to my concussion. Caroline needs sensitivity training if she wants to help someone with multiple issues when they are getting rehabilitation. My doctor thought instead of writing negative comments she should have been trying to find solutions to help. Caroline I hope you get the training you need when dealing with someone that has a traumatic brain injury when you have to rehab their shoulder.

Excellent physical therapy treatment. I was referred for EDS symptoms, which I had struggled with all my life. A few months of work literally changed my life. I no longer struggle with everyday tasks and have even started to work out daily. Craig and Sheryl were excellent, super friendly and always made me feel comfortable. I always felt listened to during assessments and evaluations. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who struggles with hyper mobility.

I started vestibular therapy with Craig on Jan. 3 and finished today. The results are remarkable! I was very unsteady walking and bending over. Craig was patient and methodical, leading me through exercises I could handle. I made progress each week and today I’m back to leading a normal life! Thank you Craig and Rehabilitation Associates!

I see a couple of therapists for a frayed achilleas tendon. I have been to 8 visits and it is so much better already, but I won't be ending very soon because I want it to be better than it is now. they spend time with you, explain to you and they become friends almost immediately. great place to go.

Austin and Deb did amazing work on rehabilitation of my surgically repaired rotator cuff. Within my time there, Austin managed to get creative with my therapy. A 12 month recovery was done in 6 months thanks to his brilliant work! Thanks!

I saw Dakota here for SI joint pain in the back. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and created a great routine for me that helped me get rid of my pain. I've seen a lot of PT's due to a chronic pain condition, and she really sticks out as a good one!

Awesome facility! I had surgery on 12/21 to reattach my femoral bicep tendon with injury to my ACL, LCL and broke my leg. I used Craig as my Physical Therapist. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted, temp taken and are sent to start your appointment. They run like a fine oiled machine. The entire staff is amazing! As for Craig, he pushed me just enough to succeed. When I first started I never thought I’d be able to walk again and now I can walk around the block, play catch with my kids, ride a bike and live life. I still have a lot to go but he gave me the basics I needed.

I had spine surgery on Nov 2, 2020. I started PT at Rehab Associates in Shelton on Nov 24, 2020. My therapist, Craig, was excellent. He tailored my therapy to meet my goals. I had my evaluation on Jan 14. When I started therapy I was using a walker and I was unable to get up from a chair that did not have arms. I was unable to dress myself, cook , clean, or do laundry. My endurance walking, sitting, standing was limited. Now I can easily walk for a mile, sit and stand without assistance, dress and bathe without assistance, prepare all meals, do laundry and do most cleaning. Though I am not completely back to “my normal” , I am very pleased with my progress.I had major spinal surgery including spinal fusion and correction of scoliosis. I am very pleased with the progress I have made in Physical Therapy at Rehab Associates.

I would like to say that Caroline has helped me achieve the ability to return to work many a time. I've come to rely on her sound advice and attention to my injuries which are varied and ongoing. Her repartee is hard to beat either. Austin is part man part machine. You can't otherwise explain his amazing skills and constant motion. He helped me with my sciatic nerve pain and Ive been driving pain free ever since! Debbie has been great hooking me up to as much Stim as I can take. She always adds in just enough to get me to through the gate but never too much so that I "tilt". Then there is "other Debbie". This office has bonus Debbie's which I find absolutely delightful! You can't have too many I say! Other Debbie Has a particular set of skills that would make Liam Neeson jealous. Not only can she quickly get you scheduled into your future Therapy sessions but she has the uncanny ability to move about the facility popping up where least expected. She's kinda like a ninja.
