The service is amazing. The rewards program helps greatly. The discounts are frequent, and there is a vast selection. Had to switch brands in search of something that eliminates food allergies, and they still had what I needed. It is my primary pet store.

First time stopping in today. What a nice store and pleasant experience. The cashier even carried my giant bag of dog food to the car. I'll be a regular now!

Pretty decent inventory for a larger than average pet store. I didn't know they had a self-service pet wash. I'll definitely use that, Great idea.
