The lady with the curly hair wasn't really nice, I went to another branch and they helped me out <3 go to branches in stop and shop!

Any time I stop in there it's a minimum of 20 minutes for help regardless of day or time. Usually numerous people behind the counter not assisting clients or even acknowledging them. This does not occur at other banks

I went to pay my mortgage on my lunch, and had to wait in line 1/2 hour cause they only had 2 telers in the counter. And they had a long line. Other tellers where doing something else instead of helping costumers.
