This is my 3rd interaction with LoanDepot. The first and secondly were flawless. The third needed the Sr. Loan Manager to be more responsive. Everything was completed well; however, there was some difficulty in getting answers from the Manager.

I called shopping for rates and the guy on the phone from Shelton CT asked me for what rates I have already. I asked him for his best rates first and he literally said “ I guess we can end the call, I don’t want to waste my time”.I am wasting your time? I will not, I’ll go to a different lender so you can go save lives with your precious time. It’s not your way or the highway. It’s my way or the highway no matter who you think you are!

Jonathan has a very broad knowledge of the mortgage industry. He questions your decisions to make sure that I am on the right track going for the best loan for my needs and to clarify that he understands me. Jonathan is very professional and goes above and beyond his job by checking his email even when he is not working so that he understands what needs to ne done when he is on his job.
