This review is for Mike the manager of the auto repair department. He took such a great care of my and my car and although needing the repair was a painful event (thieves stole all four wheels and smashed window) Mike made the process of getting it fixed seamless, including coordinating with my insurance company. Service Department is a total rip off. Do not use their Service Department, as you will be charged exorbitant prices for unnecessary work. We had a scheduled service and there was nothing wrong with our car, but they called and said ONE of our brake rotors was shot and we needed new brake pads on all four. Again, there were no sounds/indications of anything wrong with our brakes. $2500 later - we were totally taken advantage of and will never forget it.I learned my lesson...NEVER take your car to a dealer for scheduled service/maintenance; use a local mechanic whom you trust. The experience was so bad at Curtiss-Ryan (who I've used to purchase all my cars since I was 18 years old - only Hondas for me!!), that....I just bought a brand new Camry XLE and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! OMG!!! What was I thinking buying Hondas all these years? The CAMRY is my DREAM car and from what I see, their reliability, esthetic .... EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAMRY is absolutely fantastic. I feel like a queen driving around in my luxurious car. I WILL NEVER LOOK BACK!!Bye-bye Curtiss Ryan!! HAVE A NIIIIIIIIIICE DAY :-)

I loved this dealership. Rory and Marvin helped me so well in the process of buying a new vehicle. They reassured all my concerns and made it very efficient and quick. I loved the environment and never felt pressured ever, seeing as though I'm a new car buyer.

Miss diagnosis. $2000.00 to repair per service advisor. It was a $20.00 part that was defective. I guess they feel you are at there mercy. I'm a long time customer that will never go back.

Just picked up our 5th car in the last 20 yrs. Great communications, honest and forthright with our needs. Worked with Rory Singer (sales consultant), highly recommend, for the 2nd time. Up front with the pricing and I believe you get the best bang for your buck from this dealership. Also worked with James Sinclair & Brian Pretka who valued my trade and provided great results. The staff overall, in my opinion , listen and provide their professional experience in creating the best options and pricing for you. Kudos Curtiss Ryan.

I've been going through Curtiss Ryan Honda for several years now. They always take care of me and never try to rip me off like a lot of other dealers. Highly recommend Rory for your sales needs and Linda Biron in management. This team has become like family to me.

Another lousy experience at a car dealer. It wanted me to write more so I can say I bring my car here, no change in the issue. Change the air filter, "fuel service" I think it's 'clean out the carburetor' and of course "diagnostic fee" all for $450 what a joke. "Well, why did you go to the car dealer then they're always too expensive?" Well, I trusted that they'd PROVIDE VALUE not a cheap price. But, no "value" here, only someone who is senseless would trust a car dealer. Just like a drug dealer......you can't trust them.

Avoid them. Brought my Honda Civic hybrid in because hybrid battery light went on. They quoted me a diagnostic fee $149. that was typical. Though I brought car in at 9:15 am only later in day was I told that they could not make a diagnosis. They required another diagnostic charge. Another 149$ now up to $318. They repaired a loose wire to fuse box and took it for a short test drive no light. I didn't feel this was a great explanation. Left dealership light went back on after 15 mins. I spent $318 and achieved nothing no diagnosis no repair. Not ready to spend another 300 bucks. Loss of confidence in these guys. Will try another dealership.

Was given the wrong hub lock when I purchased my car from another dealer , went to get my tires rotated and they could not do the job properly at my local gas station because of the wrong lug lock , went to Curtis Ryan explained my situation and Chris tried to find me proper lug lock , without any success , he said I should call dealer where I bought it , if they could not help me he can order me one , went out to my car and was in parking lot of Curtis Ryan and calling dealer I purchased car from, to try and get the correct part , when one of the service reps come running up to me and said they found the correct lug lock , they switched out the wrong one for the correct ones and I was on my way , now that is how customer service should be everywhere!! thanks guys you did right by me today and appreciate it Anthony

I started taking my 2013 Honda Accord to them about 3 years ago. Right after my service advisor at Danbury left. I tried other ones just didn't work. So I decided to try Curtiss Ryan. My first service advisor was a young lady named Kaitlyn. She was smart and sharp and could explain things so you understood them. Unfortunately Kaitlyn left the dealership a couple of months ago. I then started using Patty. I wasn't sure if she would provide me with the level of service I had learned to expect from Kaitlyn. This week I had the pleasure of working with Patty and she has been phenomenal and responsive. She totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you Patty. I look forward to working with you in the future.

I have had my 2016 Honda Accord Sport since 2016 and it has been a wonderful car. I can't say enough about how amazing everyone is at this dealership. The service center is top notch and they always treat me wonderfully. Big kudos to Patti in the service department. Accommodating, friendly, and efficient. I'll Keep coming.
