Trust the reviews, I made a reservation through uber and when I got there, no vehicles available. Guy claimed to have called me in the morning, but I didnt receive ANY calls and I was working since 6am. Not worth the hassle and time/money.

I've rented from this branch on many occasions and have never had a bad experience. I guess I've been fortunate. The only issue I have is that they don't open on weekends or holidays, so you can consider other locations if you need a weekend rental.

I am a Uber driver. Don't rent from Hertz,
They over charged my husband account.
And still repoes the car after it was paid.
If I could give them zero stars I would. We want our refund back since they sold the car!

I have never seen such nonsense in my life. I rent a car via Uber and go to pick it up. When I go there, they talk rudely like you can't get in, there is no Uber vehicle, especially the woman standing there says no to everything and tries to send me away. I have never experienced such a ridiculous thing before. And in addition, I'm even leaving a photo below to commemorate the words she said to me.

UBER DRIVERS BEWARE::I do not recommend getting a car from here if you are an UBER DRIVER. The lady that works in front was not truthful when I picked up the car. First, I called multiple times before picking up the car to ask if there’s any gas cars available. They said yes I should come in on Friday and I so I did. When I arrived I was told there are no gas cars available only EVs. Okay fine. I took the EV and I asked her if I can come in and change the car the following week, she said yes she will have cars available by then or if I can pick up a new car, gas car.I called on two days before as she has said to ask if I can come switch the car or come on to get a gas car , she tells there’s not cars available which pissed me off because why did she lie. She never put me on my account. I couldn’t go online, couldn’t get any help. What a total joke and waste of money and time. I am very pissed. Just wasted $415 for no damn reason. I was given the car on 50 miles and I returned it on 56 and I just got charged $35. They are so truthful. I’m waiting to see if they’ll mess up my credit card, with any unexpected charges, I swear to GOD!****i also think it is just impossible to use an EV in CT if you are a full time Uber Driver even if it’s part time . They just ripping people off. Unless if you have a home charger, you’ll just be wasting your money and time on charging it. The charging is around $20-$40 dollars depending on where you charging it. Most charging locations are always full. You have to wait an hour until the next one is available. Do yourself a favor and go to Avis. I’ve been with them for some time, never had any issues. I was just desperate when I went to Hertz. But lesson learnt.

Horrible Service I made Reservations Last night through AAA was a CONFIRMED reservation because of an emergency,TONYA Is her name and was just very rude so I went to pick up car refused to Give me the reservation ONLINE CLEAR AS DAY SAYS ACCEPT DEBIT CARD refused to also take my debit card so not only refused to give me a vehicle I reserved for an emergency they refused my debit card as well. Don’t waist your time GO TO ENTERPRISE!!!!!!!

This store is the worst and customers should avoid at all costs. I am calling corporate to complain shortly. Basically as others have said you make your reservation online and when you get to the store they tell you there is no car for you. Horrible customer service, this place shouldn’t even be in business. Stay away.
