One of my favorite Goodwill's in the area, the store is pretty clean, and the staff is friendly. Great selection of clothing, and some of my best knickknacks.

Great thrift finds! Lots of variety with fair prices. I give it a 3 because some of the older staff were so rude! I encourage management to emphasize professionalism. Speaking poorly of the customer in front of you to a coworker is just tasteless.

My shopping experience started very well, I had nice employees great me and found myself nice items to take home with me. Went very well with my decor. It wasn't until one thing that made my shopping experience go from 10/10 to 3/10. I'm very sensitive to smell VERY easily. Behind 4 shoppers, I smelled something rancid. At first, I thought it was an item in the store. It wasn't until I approached the register that I figured out what it was. One of your employees on I assume that was register 3 Monday night had an atrocious smell. I never write reviews but this was outrageous. I even felt nauseous when I went closer when the smell became stronger. Once I left the store, another customer walked to me and asked if I also smelled that odor from the register. I love thrifting, I go to many Goodwills but I will not be returning to this location until this problem is solved which is ashamed because this is one of the nicer stores.

I must say the beginning of my experience was fun. I love finding amazing brands. The store itself was organized for the most part & was clean. The downfall to my experience is that they do not take $100 bills. I did not see the sign until all of my items were rung up & the "sign" is written on a little piece of paper tapped to the desk... Anyway, I had to go next door to break change for my 100 to just get back $5... then, after paying for my stuff, the cashier Amaya left all of my items bunched up in a ball & didn't offer me a bag until afterward... they do charge you for bags fyi. Then I get starred at while IM bagging my own clothing that's left bunched up in a ball, not folded, etc. The whole thing was rude & and an inconvenience to break change. I had tons of questions unanswered & was looked at like I have 2 heads.. idk ?♂️

The women’s dress section is completely unorganized, nothings in order of size or color. And for a goodwill this location has some pricey stuff. They get donations for FREE, so seeing something like a drink pitcher for 15$ is absurd. Disappointing to say the least.

Spacious with lots of new items. You definitely need to dig here versus other Goodwills since its huge, but I've found lots of gems. Since this is a high traffic location I'd recommend buying something you like once you see it

I used to love to go here weekly with my partner. Shopping was a fun thrifting adventure with something new to see every time.In the last year, they've been raising their prices steadily on all items. Not only is that a bummer personally, but it's off putting to the clientele enough that inventory is STAGNANT. The locked valuables cabinet continues to get more and more cluttered, the clothes barely move, and I've climbed past the same food cart for over a month. Electronics and cookware are in a similar condition, where they hang on the shelves until usually they are broken beyond use.It also seems like their colors of the week are so scarce as to be invisible, for some unknown reason. Other patrons I've spoken to feel similarly.Edit: RE Business reply: Wild to just openly admit that instead of lowering prices on items which are not selling, and adjusting future pricing according to demand, the store "removes" them. To where? Another store? The dump? Who knows. Why not re-move them to be repriced?
