This is the second time I went here and they were closed in the middle of the day during a busy holiday season. You would think they would have more than 1 person working so if someone had to take a lunch break they wouldn't have to shut down completely.

They are never open during hours of operation! Open late all the time and close early all the time I would rather drive to Norwalk for great customer service!!!

Yeah this place is not a good GameStop, and that's saying something considering how bad they already are. I went in there last week. It was just me in the store (and 1 worker obviously) and the phone rang. Well it rang the entire 10 minutes, all the while he did nothing but refuse to pick up the phone. I could understand if he was swamped but no, just me looking at which game I want to buy.

Great manager. Went in for my Spider-Man 2 pre order, and got the Super Mario Wonder pre order bonus and a Spider-Man 2 SDCC lanyard with it. Super friendly staff.

Drove about 35 minutes for this GameStop for something only they had in stock. They're supposed to be open at noon.... It's now 12:35. I totally understand 5 or 10 minutes. But 35?? With no notice on the door? Absolute waste of time and gas. ?

Definitely called before you waste your time and gas coming here. Quite often they'll be closed with no notice And when you call and complain and explain that you had to take off work to get there and drove 30 minutes going there and going back home empty handed they don't care. And the notice in the windows that says they'll be back in an hour is not correct I waited an extra 30 minutes and they still never showed backup

Love this Gamestop ! every one there is so kind and help you with all your needs. The whole team is immaculate, especially the assistant manager Juan. He's humble and very professional. He goes out of his way !

I love this store! It’s clean and I love the collector’s items!!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I prefer this store over the mall stores, these individuals genuinely care about their customers!!!
