If I could give a negative star or a go out of business sign I would. I decided to use this FedEx office for passport services. They suggest when you use them for photos to use this partner company called Rush My Passport. This makes for a lot of convenience. I decided to do so. I went in paid a lot of money as I was closer to my trip then I wanted to be. 2 days later I get an email from Rush My Passport, their highly pushed service, that they needed one additional piece of documentation. It asked me to print the email as it has the address to mail it too and my order number on it. I arrived 5 minutes before they opened the next day to get it to them quickly. I paid to overnight. Days later I realize I didn't get an update and thought I'd check in. Rush My Passport never received my package. Confused I call this FedEx store to help me sort this out. The young lady on the phone, whom was new, asked me to confirm the address it was to be sent too. I confirmed. She slowly told me she was sorry but one number in the address was wrong and it was delivered to the wrong address. Besides being told by Rush My Passport I will not have it back in time for my trip and Id have to send it all again. My husband and I get to deal with the discomforting feeling that all of our identity information from our full names, address, date of births, and socials are sitting at some random "Environmental Consultants" in West Palm Beach Florida without any listed phone number. Clearly irrate we went right to the store to gain all the paperwork from the shipping. They refused to call the manager. Said he would be in, in the morning. They reached out supposedly to FedEx customer service and gave me all these directions to login and do all these steps. I left the store about a half hr ago as they are useless, and called FedEx customer service myself and was told I have to speak to the manager first. Despite all the money I lost and am losing on a trip. The irresponsibility and complete lack of care or concern from FedEx Shelton is appalling. I wasn't mailing a love letter. I would never recommend to anyone to use this FedEx office. Especially if you value your identity, time and money.

I just had a super positive experience at this location. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Kelly particularly kind, helpful and helped me get some urgent oversized packages out at a reasonable price and a reasonable delivery schedule.

Very helpful and quick. Cheapest shipping compared to UPS and USPS for my item. Forgot to catch the gentleman’s name who helped me but he has been there since 2015.

I uploaded a document and placed my order via their website. Went in to pick up my order the next day after the promised time. The staff was attentive and helpful. I was very pleased with the quality and condition of my document was much better than I was expecting! I was in and out within a couple minutes. Maybe a bit pricier than I was expecting but they came through when I was in a pinch. I will definitely do business with FedEx Office in the future.

They’re utterly incompetent here. I have no idea how this place manages to stay open. I’ve literally never tried printing something here and NOT had to spend 10 minutes watching the clueless guy at the register to click through his computer looking for my order with all the urgency of the sloth from Zootopia. This time, he couldn’t even find my order at all. On top of that, when I showed him the confirmation email, he first tried telling me it was just an automated email and that it didn’t actually mean my order was confirmed. “Then why does it say my order is ready to be picked up?” I asked him. He just shrugged, told me to resend the order, and started trying to serve the person behind me. Totally infuriating. Avoid at all costs.

I was very impressed by the customer service that was provided. I had questions on shipping and packing, they were courteous, helpful and we're able to guide me through the process. Definitely would come back for the service.

I was at the store before , the service is very expensive to send documents overseas . I was treated very disrespectful when , my shipment didnt arrive at promise time . I requested to file a claim over the phone multiple times . I felt like that they have employees they are very unprepared to deal when problems arise . I felt like they were playing with me , very fishy , I am very mad with the service rendered to me , I am very dissastisfied with the whole thing . My number evaluation for their job performance is enourmous much much below zero in the scale to the left very negative . Horrible performance .Not a single manager / supervisor bother to call me to find out about my grievance . I am not happy camper , I am going to find a way to express this nationwide for sure , for all the Dept that I can possible write , thank , Monica Limberti ( Shelton , Ct )
