My first visit for body work, very professional and efficient office. Every step of the process was explained clearly to me.Got my truck back today in perfect condition and looking better than when I brought it in! Spotless and shiny new inside and out. Bob and Nicole also handled all rental arrangements for me. I couldn't be happier with whole experience. I would recommend Daddario with total confidence.

We had D’Addario Collision repair the rear bumper on our A4 after someone backed into it. They did a phenomenal job on the repair! Our biggest concern going into the repair was their ability to color match the new bumper with the rest of the car’s paint. You can’t even tell that the bumper was repaired! Steve was very helpful throughout the entire process. Before the repair, he went through the various options we had to go about repairing the damage; explaining the pros and cons of each. He quoted each option to give us a clear understanding of what the numbers looked like. During the repair, he made sure to communicate any updates. Hopefully we won’t need any more auto body work done to our vehicles, but if we do, we’ll definitely be back!Services: Painting

The gentleman who helped me was excellent. He did the quote for the insurance company and even made the call with me.Very knowledgeable , he was the 1st guy you see when you walk in, immediately helped me.

So I noticed my 2021 Cadillac XT5 front bottom piece bumper was about an inch pulled out on one side.After getting quotes at two Shelton autobody shops for $200 or more with no guarantees the cost could go up,I went to Daddaro Collison .Steve, the manager, got on his back in the parking lot to get a good look.In 2 or 3 minutes, he fiddled around and snapped It back in place. PERFECT.I asked him how much. He said No charge and refused my attempts to pay him anything.Now I will always go here.....Thank you, Steve, for "real customer service"

D'Addario went above and beyond for me. I was in a car accident in January and every auto body shop in the area was booking appointments at least a month and a half out including D'Addario. I took the next available appointment they had and they told me in the mean time I could stop by and they could take a look at my car and let me know if it would be driveable until the appointment. Not only did they take it in to look at it, but they also straightened the bumper and ziptied it to the front of the car to make it more secure. When my check engine light came on a couple weeks later, Bob and Steve both came out and looked at it once again to deem whether it was still safe to drive. Finally, when the car began leaking antifreeze in my garage they let me bring it in a week early and still got it fixed like new relatively quickly. Thank you!Services: Painting
