I had my vehicle for about 6 months. Bought it brand new directly from the factory. 2 weeks after it got serviced, the vehicle has a transmission issue. Had to get it towed at my expense to the service center, where it was for 3 weeks. Didn't get a loaner because apparently they only have 3 or 4 loaners with 2 dealerships combined. Had to spend a few hundred dollars on Ubers and lost time at work because I had no vehicle thanks to GMC's unreliable service and offer of compensation or anything. Last time I'll ever buy a GM vehicle.

I'm giving this place a one star rating for trying to block a Rivian service center from coming into town.Don't block progress D'Addario. No one that buys a Rivian will be cross shopping for a Buick.

Mario D'Addario Buick GMC329 Bridgeport Ave, Shelton, CTI recently purchased a car in a different state and couldn't be happier with my decision. Initially, I was hesitant to buy a car out of state as I thought it would be a complex and tedious process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was from start to finish. We hopped on the second ferry of the day and took the next ferry back! What impressed me most about this D'Addario Buick dealership was the level of support and guidance that was provided.The process was smooth, seamless, and stress-free from the beginning. The sales representative, Horacio along with General Manager Josh, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process, being extremely professional and welcoming. When I arrived at the D'Addario Buick dealership to pick up my car, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about cars, which made me feel confident in my purchase. Their selection of vehicles was impressive, and their prices were fair and competitive, and straightforward -- no hidden fees!!!!!!!!!First, I found the car I wanted online and contacted the D'Addario Buick dealership after doing a google search of CT dealers near the Bridgeport Ferry. The General Manager Josh replied to my email directly and dealt with him through most of the online process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all my questions promptly and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Next, we went through the financing process, which was easy and straightforward. The D'Addario Buick dealership used an online portal to apply for financing, and I was able to provide all the necessary documentation easily via email.I picked a day that worked for our schedule, hopped on the ferry, and when I arrived at the D'Addario Buick dealership was right outside Bridgeport and the car was waiting for me in pristine condition and was exactly as described in the listing. Overall, I can't recommend buying a car out of state at their dealership enough. The process was hassle-free, the D'Addario Buick dealership was helpful and trustworthy, and I ended up with the perfect car. So if you are considering buying a car out of state, go ahead and do it - you won't regret it!

Have leased like 5 autos over the years gone From Westport have closer options ( also very good ) , but worked with same sales person Dave McGovern , it's easy and there just reliable and They actually have always guided me to what's best for me . Worked with me in every way.

This is a great, great dealership. I came here after having some of the worst experiences that I have ever had at Cadillac of Greenwich. Their Service Department lied to me saying that I had had an oil change last August even though there was no evidence to support this like having a sticker on my windshield indicating that I had had an oil change at a certain mileage. D'Addario confirmed that I had not had an oil change. In addition, Cadillac of Greenwich told me that it would cost me approximately $275 for them to change my car's oil and rotate the tires. D'Addario changed the oil and rotated my tires for no cost.

This place is a joke. Tried to charge me 7500 over MSRP for a Yukon. Horrible business practice. Dealerships doing this will ultimately lose their customers. I will never recommend this place, take advantage of people during these times, as a business owner who sells similarly priced switching and routing equipment and is experiencing the same supply issues as the car industry we actually have done the opposite for our customers giving additional discount for the inconvenience of not being able to get them their purchases in a reasonable time frame.
