Dr Klauser was so kind and attentive. I could tell he cared and truly felt I was in good hands. He took his time and heard my concerns. I didn't feel rushed which is very very important to me.

phenomenal physician phenomenal surgeon. A+ experience with him, his staff, with surgery, and with post op physical therapy. Could not have had a better outcome or better experience. Cant wait to have my other hip done!

i have seen Dr. Klauser over the years for different things, left a voicemail in regard to a recurring issue over the passed 2 years as well as some new concerns and was told I couldn't be helped over issues they didn't even ask about so how could you make that assumption? and to just to go see my primary doctor. As a medical office manager myself this comes across as very inconsiderate as if to just push me off without even caring enough to see what has developed, as if as an existing patient my concerns are not important or they don't want to help. Very Disappointing / Embarrassing call to receive and I will probably not be returning.

Dr. Klauser is a caring doctor. I have found Connecticut Orthopedics to be excellent. The staff is very helpful and the physical therapy dept is exceptional.

Always courteous and very professional. I have been a patient for about 6 years. Dr Klauser is very pleasant and explains everything you need to know, he's a very nice doctor. Staff is also knowledgeable and very courteous.
