Working with Mr. Stephen Bennett was God sent. It was such a blessing to have him to help us look for our home. I am so glad that we were recommended to him because the realtors we worked with before him seemed like they did not want to help, but Mr. Bennett was extremely helpful and answered our plentiful questions. Coldwell Banker Country to Coast Realty (aka: Frascatore Realty) is one of the finest real estate offices in Fairfield County! As a matter of fact, one of the BEST in CT! Having known and worked w/the founder, Mike Frascatore Jr., (RIP), for about 40 yrs, I can personally attest to their professionalism, business acumen and attention to the fine intricate details of real estate transactions. Mike Jr., and his "Team" was always focused on customer loyalty, service, results and satisfaction. HIS legacy lives on, w/his son, Michael III. We recently completed a transaction on a Condo, that was part of the Estate of Thomas Marchitto, Sr., in the Westville section of New Haven. Agent Teri Bennett is the most unprofessional and offensive realtor I have ever encountered as a seasoned real estate investor. If there are any property listings of hers you are interested in - beware! I don't even know how it is possible she can have any listings at all - but if you need to get information on one of her listings I would suggest calling the owner of the agency rather than being subjected to unwarranted abuse. Successful realtors build relationships and Teri Bennett does not possess this skill set.See Teri Bennett's other horrific reviews by Googling further - such as Yelp!
