Way too expensive. $27 (cash) - $29 (credit card) for 100 balls at driving range? Crazy. For a few dollars more you can go to a Trackman simulator for an hour, hit more balls and get better improvement feedback. Will not be going back.

Giving two stars because the staff is super nice. Sadly this place is pretty run down and seen better days the machines for the arcade are pretty worn down and a good amount have trouble taking the point cards. The carpet is pretty dirty and trash is on the ground. The mini golf has seen way better days as it is worn down and has cracking concrete and bad green. The facility is large and offers extensive ice skating from what I understand as well as laser tag. There is ample parking and they do take credit card. The area for the shooting range seems quite large and able to fit many golfers. They also have a mini bowling alley that is located across from the bowling alley and is in about same condition as the arcade Hopefully they remodel soon

Fun for a group. Used the driving range, mini golf and arcade and had a great time. Driving range was set up similarly to top golf with games but cheaper to play which is always nice

One of the best pro shops in the state. The absolute best skate sharpening too.

This place is such a dump! The batting cages are destroyed, the service is awful, and the minigolf is so dirty and unkept! Not to mention how old their bowling alley is.

Even though I live outside the area, I've been aware of this Sports Center because it's across from Dave's Gourmet Paletas. I've always been surprised that a place with mini golf, laser tag, a driving range, arcade and batting cage could have a below average Yelp rating. After visiting with my son after a lunch in the area, I get it. We planned to play in the arcade and maybe play laser tag later. The arcade was not well staffed. It's the type of arcade where many of the activities generate tickets to purchase things. We waited a while for somebody to come to the ticket redemption center, and eventually we had to go find somebody when nobody came. When we wanted to play laser tag, we could not see where it was. At the desk we were told it was in the "Rink Building". So we left the main building, and walked 5 minutes to the "Rink Building". It wasn't clear where the laser tag was. After failing to see it in the most obvious places, we ultimately asked and were directed to the top floor where there was an ice skating rink. We had to walk all the way past the ice rink to a mysterious corridor, where a worker sat alone in a thin hallway. It didn't seem like it could be the right place. We asked about laser tag, and we were told that it was the right place, but we needed to have a reservation in advance. It would have been great to know that, 15 minutes earlier, when we were at the main building and asked about laser tag. So the facilities seem bent to what the needs of the Sports Center are, rather than built in a user friendly way. And customer service seems an afterthought. I am unlikely to return. Two Stars.

went here for MiniGolf. It is an ok little course but definately needs an upgrade. Most of the signs were worn out by sun and age. The courses themselves were not very clean. Lots of pine needles and wood chips all over.At $27 for 2 people, I would think they have enough money to get the course updated

This review focuses on the twin rinks. I think all in all Sports Center of Connecticut is a solid venue for hockey/skating/etc. The lobby is huge with a food counter, skate rental and pro shop. All three of those are pretty standard for these types of facilities: no frills. As for the rinks, there is one downstairs and one upstairs. Access to the upper rink can be made through the main staircases in the lobby, a stairwell in the back of the building or an elevator (super helpful if you are lugging huge hockey bags). There is a decent amount of seating in both the upstairs and downstairs rinks. In the downstairs one there are even some heaters you can use if you are two cold. There are plenty of locker rooms, and they all seem to be kept clean.Parking is plentiful which helps because there always seems to be a ton happening here.

It's a small shop, but has what you need. Also, a bunch of local school logo tee's, hats, and hoodies.

This place is completely rude I asked for hand sanitizer because there was no soap in the bathroom and the staff work lie and ( Colon ) at the front desk informed me that the hand sanitizer was not for the public. ( they don't give soap to the public either to wash you hands and there's monkey pox and Covid still spreading rapidly). Before arriving I called so that way we can schedule a group of 10, When walking into he door Brook looked my disabled individuals ( which some were black ) up and down with a displeased face like she was disgusted by them being there and said sorry we are closed. ( Which we called before hand and there was available space)... would not recommend AT ALL .

Came for mini golf last night and really was not overly impressed with the course. It was very plain and didn't have much character to it compared to other mini golf courses. The women's bathroom was very outdated and dirty. Peeked in to the bowling area and was surprised to see they didn't have many lanes, and it's also only duckpin bowling. Also peeled into the arcade, which was very flashy and had some cool stuff. However, they didn't have even one classic arcade machine. Good for little kids, but I expected more from here.

Well...I think that this place has such a potential, it offeres so many cool things, that are not cheap but so fun especially for kids...bowling, mini golf, arcade, etc...but the place is so "beat up" and dirty...for example there are drainage problems at the mini golf, full holes clogged with dirt full of puddles...I wish I took a picture... bowling lanes also not working properly, for example you get a strike and it counts only 7 pins...just frustrating, but what is more aggravating is that the stuff (who are mostly young adults) are kind and polite but they seem to know about these issues, and are trying to cover up for the management who clearly does not want to loose business to close and fix these problems...I really hope that the owners will step up and clean up this place, as it could be so fun to come back to once it is cleaned up.

The false advertising for this place is actually comical. Go to their website right now, and when visiting the Driving Range page, the headline is in huge font all about their "Happy Hour" and new "patio bar" with a picture of girls enjoying a bucket of Coronas seated on nice rustic patio furniture while watching the men play. Reality - there is NO patio bar, and you are not allowed to have any alcohol in the driving range area. There is a bar next door in the ice skating rink area, however it closes at 5, and you cannot leave the building with your drinks. When I asked about the driving range happy hour as advertised, the staff member said that they sometimes have a little cart that serves some drinks, but he did not know when they would actually have it, saying "hopefully sometime soon". The patio furniture was non existent - all that there was was rickety metal benches spaced out between the ranges. As a wife who was promised a few cocktails while watching husband hit balls, I am thoroughly disappointed.

Do not book a kids party here! Just had my daughters 5th birthday party here. Bowling/arcade. We had the bowling room rented out, yet they only activated 2 lanes stating 4 kids per lane. Bumpers were all broken and lanes maintenance badly. Then into the arcade. Half the games do not work. Seems like the whole place is run down. No sanitizer, no paper towels in restrooms. Party host gave leftover pizza to co-workers without asking. Not worth the money. Go elsewhere.
