The Branch staffing model works like this. High achievers, rising stars, and senior folks with experience in the complex staff higher asset locations. This is not that branch. If you need basic services - ATM, deposit a check, etc. go here. If you need high touch, top tier go to Fairfield.

This is the second time I've been in this branch, and it is by far the worst experience I've ever had in a branch, these people are downright rude. Came in for a new debit card as mine had been compromised. Went to the teller who advised me to "sit down". I said "I'm sorry?!?" She replied "you have to have a seat, we don't do that in the teller line"...when the rep who did do it came to get me, it was "c'mon". Amazing, the lack of professionalism here.

I have been a BOA customer for a few years - switched over from Peoples Bank. I don't have many banking needs and do most of it online. Recently, I was shopping around for a credit card and came to this branch to check out the Rewards 3-2-1 card. I receive credit card offers on a daily basis and I actually held onto this one from BOA. It boasted 15 months of 0% apr. When I brough this to the local branch I was assured there would be no problems at all and quickly whisked away to get the account opened. I explained I had never applied for a major credit card and my knowledge was fairly minimal. But I detailed my needs and asked my prepared list of questions. The associate seemed friendly and helpful assuring me all along the way. It wasn't until I received the card I realized their major fault. I was not given the "special offer" I anticipated and my 0% apr was for only 12 months, not 15 as promised. I realize this is just three months but to me it makes a world of difference. I was directly lied to when the associate simply crossed out the 12 on her branch paperwork and wrote 15 months. After faxing all my paperwork to the branch manager I was told not much can be done. She admitted they had a similar cirumstance recently and that issue does not look like it'll be resolved. Basically what's done is done and I will need to just accept these terms as concrete. I am very concerned that a branch would have this repeat problem and not properly train its staff. If I was explained this information correctly I would not have opened the account the branch. Instead I was told incorrect information and guaranteed terms that could not be granted to me. Only so that I could do nothing in return but accept what was given to me. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional service. If I'm not able to rectify the situation I'm certainly going to share it with as many as I can so the truth is known. Do not give this branch your business.

When a bank only welcomes access by cars, I find it petulant and unwelcome. So you mean to tell me that my car is welcome there but I'm not?!?!?! Put a PEOPLE ATM on the side, back, or wherever. My car isn't entering the bank, I am.... I'm sure this bank has good service and dedicated management. But it is an insult to the customer to have only drive-in ATMs where, if you don't come in via car, you're not welcome. It is reminiscent of the worst of suburbia. Sterile, insipid, unwelcoming.
