Stopped by to ask if they could fix my headlight and was told no mechanics on duty and not today. Left my info and got a call a few hours later that they could do it today. Ok, not a big deal but the big deal is AJ is great! This guy really cares! He let me know that he looked under the hood since he was doing the light and everything looked good which I didn’t not ask. I have been there several times over the last 3 years for different services and AJ has always taken care of me! Thanks for the great service AJ!

I have been here several times for state inspections and VIN inspections. Always friendly and helpful, and they work quickly to get you out and on your way.

Unless you like being treated rudely, avoid this place. Tried to get emissions tested and was greeted, or should I say, not greeted by a miserable lady at the desk. No hello, no how can I help you, just an uncomfortable gaze and miserable stare through a clear desk shield. I asked for the testing and I was unable to hear or understand her through her mumbling under her face mask. I let her know I could not hear or understand her so she proceeded to almost yell through her mask and the shield. Very unprofessional behavior from what appeared to be someone that didn’t want to be there. Decided to take my business elsewhere. I only hope the rest of the staff is not as unfriendly. Some training in manners may help this individual, unless management is not concerned with this type of behavior.

I would like to preface this review by saying that I am not the type of person to leave reviews ever. So please take my word sincerely when I say never waste a penny or minute at this place. From the rude and unfriendly receptionist who can’t seem to answer a single question without summoning for assistance, to getting quoted $350 originally for rear brakes and then charging literally an arm and a leg for labor that should not have taken that much time. Not to mention, finding a Burger King receipt from milford and when questioned about it was told that it was for a “test drive”; as well as “losing” my car magnet the previous time I was there, telling me that they have it and then telling me when picking up my car this time that they couldn’t find it again. Unfortunately I can continue to go on, from driving at least 30+ miles to get my car back at a half tank when I was just under full when dropping it off. The final touch: my driver side rain guard was cracked after getting my car back as well. This place will never receive my business again and I hope that those who made it to the end of this review will continue to search a competent, decent mechanic.Service: Auto brake repair

Woman at the front desk enjoys talking people out of coming here. Tried to make an appointment for an AC recharge. She couldn’t tell me how long it would take or give me a cost estimate. Said “i could have helped five other customers by the time i answer your questions.”Someone fire this woman.

This is the second time we have taken our cars for an emissions inspection. the woman at the front desk is one of the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever met.I will never bring my cars to this place again and will let other people know how rude this woman is to customers.

All of had done was emissions but my traction control light came on when I left. It was not on when I came in.

Went in for my emissions the receptionist is extremely miserable , rude and unfriendly person.AJ shouldn’t allow her to talk or be seen by the public she is a bad representation of his business. The emissions tech was very helpful and friendly!
