I cannot say enough positive things about Sharon Pharmacy. I live in Millbrook, New York which is about 30 minutes away from the pharmacy but it hardly matters. I have gradually shifted all of my prescriptions from my nearest CVS to the Sharon Pharmacy. Whenever you call CVS you have to deal with a complicated menu of options and then when you eventually ask for a representative you have to wait forever to actually speak to a person if in fact anyone ever answers at all. When you call Sharon Pharmacy a real live human being answers the phone and says "how can I help you." Imagine that in this day and age. Also and once they get to know you they call your by your first name when you arrive to pick up your scripts. Moreover they will go out of their way to figure out how you can get a particular prescription at a reasonable cost even if it means bypassing your insurance company after the company has rejected a doctor's medical exception over and over. What not to like about Sharon Pharmacy.

Great pharmacy- always helpful with any questions. All employees very nice. They go out of their way to make sure you get help, answers, get prescription's filled in timely fashion.

Sharon Pharmacy is a true gem recommended to me 3 years ago by several friends after frustrating experiences at national chain pharmacies. Sharon Pharmacy never lets me down and in fact, they go above and beyond, over and over again. I know they have my back and I know they care. Truly, a rare gem I'm happy I found!

Wonderful people, always willing to go above and beyond to help with my families prescriptions! i switched to Sharon pharmacy (30 min drive)from my local pharmacy which is five minutes from home, out of absolute,frustration,with my local pharmacy who would tell me my prescription would be ready for me when I got there, rarely was it ready, Or they would say “our mistake we have to order it, or they say “sorry your doctor hasn’t sent anything for you” I call my doctor he states he sent it in four days before that, Then I called my local pharmacy they say “oh yes, we’re sorry, our mistake, we did have it, it was put up in a file, so we didn’t see it, We just have to order it, give it two or three days it should be here!” should? What does that even mean, put up in a file? UGGGGGH! If you want hasslefree honesty and very little wait time go to Sharon pharmacy,they’re great! It is so worth the 30 minute trip!And I always give MY DOCTOR 72 hours to send My prescriptions to the pharmacy,

Absolutely the best people work here . They make you feel like part of the family , addressing you by your first name ! I have a CVS right across the street from me which I used to use , and they are very impersonal ! I travel 20 min just to give them business. they are always pleasant and helpful . The store is adorable as well . I could go broke there

I have always appreciated the staff at Sharon Pharmacy. They are efficient, courteous and go the extra mile to get the medication filled in the most expedient way. The pharmacist is willing to take the time to answer questions.

Everyone at Sharon Pharmacy is helpful, kind, and efficient. There's something comforting knowing that Sharon Pharmacy operates in my town. It has most of what you would need in a variety of areas.

This family-run pharmacy really cares. When I was dealing with a bad flare of a chronic illness (Ulcerative Colitis) and in a lot of pain the head pharmacist, John Schneider, showed such compassion and called all around the state to locate the nearest source for my prescription. He proudly called me back after hours to report it would be ready for pickup in the morning. Wow!

This family-run Pharmacy really cares. When I was dealing with a bad flare of a chronic disease (Ulcerative Colitis) and in a lot of pain, Head Pharmacist, John Schneider, went out of his way to locate my prescription. I believe he called all over Connecticut. I got a proud call after hours from John who showed such compassion and proudly reported my prescription would be ready in the morning. Wow!

I used cvs for years and always had issues. 3 years ago I switched to sharon pharmacy and I'm so glad i did. Never had issue and there always so fast. Thank you for always being helpful
