Read the review panning Rick's. The woman didnt even know the owner was a man. I have always had superior service when I shop there. They spend time helping me find something and never complain. The owner I know would have immediately offered me a free bottle of wine if mine broke.I went to the other liquor store once when it first opened. The owner followed me around like I was going to steal something. Will never go there again. If you excellent service, great help and politeness go to Rick's.

Horrible service. Very rude. The establishment across the street has a much better selection, lower prices, and an incredibly friendly staff. I definitely would recommend going to Sharon Package Store!

Rick's namesake owner has departed, but his lovely daughter brings a cheerful spirit to the family business. While my favorite blend 'The Dark' has gone on, she was quick to suggest some alternatives. Fine wine selection, and great service!

The worst customer service ever. Denise the "manager" seemed annoyed to have a customer because plumbers were there working in the back. After waiting to finally purchase a bottle of wine I left the store when the bottom of the bag broke and the bottle smashed in the parking lot. I went back in the store to ask for a broom and swept up the glass. When I went back to get another bottle of wine she told me I would have to buy another. I was totally shocked since it was due to the cheap bag I was given. She refused. After speaking to the owner and explaining that I had been a customer for over 10 years she refused too saying it happened out of the line of sight! I still can not believe they would treat a customer like this. AVOID. I recommend the Sharon Package Store located RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET with knowledgeable friendly staff. Will never go to Ricks again

Excellent selection of wines and reasonable prices. The owner Rick is a great guy to deal with and he'll work with you on finding a selection. Great selection of beer and spirits as well.
